Any little green, flowery oasis is a welcome spot to stroll and reflect, or sit in the sun. They host concerts on Sunday evenings in the summer and it is a delightful venue - bring a chair. The volunteers do an amazing job, the flowers are abundant and beautiful. Take a picnic.

The Dubuque Arboretum is a photographers dream. Flowers, trees, ponds, waterfalls, gazebos and a learing center.

If you like nature and outdoors or just strolling through formal gardens and walking trails this is the place for you. This all volunteer free attraction (donations are graciously accepted) arboretum and botanical garden may very well be Dubuque’s best kept secret.
