This is a great place for SPA services but I would not recommend it for even a simple hair cut. I got a simple layered trim and it was terrible and the stylist was unprofessional. I had a great massage though (not from the same person). They sholdn't even offer hair services and just stick to SPA serivces.

I happened to stay at the Hotel Julien Dubuque http://www.hoteljuliendubuque.com/ and took advantage of the 35% discount for their hotel guests. The spa was very clean and services great. My only complaint was no steam room.

We were staying at the Hotel Julien, so took advantage of the in-house Spa. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and used 3 services as part of a package. Massages were really great. very accomodating with appts and satisfaction. My stylist redid my hair without blinking an eye just so I would be thrilled with the outcome, not just satisfied.

This spa was like heaven. I splurged for the 80 minute massage and it was worth every $ and every minute. From the moment you walk in you sense a very relaxing atmosphere.
