For one of the first times in my life, I was given extremely friendly service from making the appointment to walking out the door at a high-end salon and spa. On top of that, I had a great 60 minute spa pedicure. I changed into a comfortable robe and unwound in the relaxation room before the pedicure. I also liked... More

The spa is incredibly clean, no detail unnoticed. the bathroom was loaded with personal grooming goods - all high quality brands they sell. The relaxation room was lovely with water, granola. The heated massage beds were wonderful. My 50 minute massage with Christy was absolutely fabulous. It felt a lot longer than 50 minutes and it was one of the best... More

This spa is a must. Everything is top notch, very clean, staff went above expectations. I would recommend purchasing some of the oil. This was my second visit and I am hoping to go back again soon.

We visit this spa once a year when a group of us visit the area. It offers every amenity and extremely reasonable prices. We are completely catered to and cannot find any areas of improvement needed.

I have been lucky enough to visit spas all over the states. They have almost all been lovely. But right here in Dubuque, Iowa is a total jewel. The spa is tasteful, restful and just about perfect. I have had most of the services offered and been happy with all of them but my massages with Mickey S. have me... More

I had some time due to a scheduling error and found myself stopping in for lunch at Hotel Julienne...once I learned they had a spa, I checked to see if they had any openings...lucky for me it was a slow day. I ended up booking a package and having THE BEST spa experience I have ever had in the ~20... More

I signed up for the Spa Monthly Membership and am in my second month. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff go above and beyond to make the experience amazing!! You get a comfy robe and sandals before going into the lounge with a cozy fireplace to get ready for your service. I have gone to Mickey S. both... More

I went here for a surprise gift on my birthday! They had excellent customer service!! I have absolutely no complaints. We did a couples massage. The massages and the aroma therapy oils were wonderful! I love that their products are organic! I will definitely be coming back to check out more of their services.

I've been to Potosa Spa twice for massages and facials. They exceeded my expectations each time. Staff is very professional and welcoming. You are greeted with a robe and sandals to relax in the relaxation lounge. Restroom/shower, lounge and service rooms are always very clean and organized.
