The spa is tucked away downstairs of the hotel. I was greeted and quickly and efficiently taken care of so I could begin by waiting in the relaxation room all snuggled in my comfy robe. I had a massage and the lady doing it took her time to understand my trouble spots and work them, out. Afterwards, she took the time... More

I've had a number of pedicures here and the experience is extremely soothing. Great atmosphere and you can use the pool if you use the spa services! Not sure you still can, but one time there my friend and I ordered lunch and wine while we had our toes done. My husband had one just yesterday!

I have visited this spa with friends a few time in the past year. The services we have had were a massage and facial. Both services are top notch. The technician are more than willing to customize the service to your likes and health issues. I have sensitive skin and they adjusted the products and procedure to minimize any issues.... More

We had the spa pkg with a wonderful massage, super facial and relaxing pedicure. Everyone was great excepting one of the receptionists. Terry the red head was super friendly and helpful. But the girl with bleached grey hair is in the wrong seat. No greeting, no eye contact, no talking. Ugh! So unpleasant.

We planned our trip to Dubuque for a weekend away to relax & get massages. Who knew the weather people were right this time. Snowpocalypse happened Saturday night. Our massages were supposed to be first thing Sunday morning.... The roads were horrible, at least that's what we were told. We stayed at Hotel Julien so we only had to walk... More

My mom and I did the spa day retreat package here, which included a pedicure, facial, and massage. I enjoyed all three immensely. Take their advice and sip a mimosa while getting your toes done! They use vegan nail polish, so you don't have to feel any guilt about indulging. My massage was outstanding; my masseuse used pretty heavy pressure... More

Went here with my daughter during the holiday break. We each purchased the "Spa Day Retreat" package, This includes a Potosa massage, a bliss facial and a ritual pedicure. Unfortunately we waited to book a little too long and they were very booked during the holidays. The woman we spoke with on the phone was super helpful though. She really... More

The services and quality of the spa were very nice and prices seemed reasonable. One problem I had was with the front desk. I was scheduling several services for my daughter and myself, was over charged $80 with the implication that I had done something wrong in the scheduling even though I called over a week in advance and was...
