Considered an excellent golf facility for intermediate players, this complex offers a nine-hole par 3 course with narrow fairways and water hazards that demand accuracy off the tees.

A little expensive for a Haunted House (there were actually 5 haunted houses) but worth every penny. We screamed and laughed until our stomachs hurt! Our kids were ages 9-13 and they had a blast! The staff was great! We did not enjoy the fog maze, it was hard to breath and we absolutely couldn't find our way out so... More

For a cheap evening of cheap thrills and entertainment its a great opportunity. Its a larger area in eastern Des Moines just past the state fair grounds. The park had several different things to take in from a fog maze to zombie paintball. The haunted house were pretty good. The average length per attraction was around 7 minutes id say.... More

The description and pictures online didn't fully match. The mini-golf course was dirty and damaged making it somewhat hard to play on. but was still fun. The grounds were not taken care of very well either. Most of the staff was great besides on man who had a horrible attitude. Although it was a mediocre experience, we hear it is... More

We planned a birthday party here for our tween in July 2015. Laser tag was a high priority on their list, so we called weeks in advance to coordinate. We spoke with a staff member who let us know that there were corporate events on some Saturdays and she let us know what times were booked on the dates that... More

I took my walk through the Park, I like the nature and the pond. The area had fishing, canoeing, play are for small children. Legends Cafe overlooks the pond. The trail area felt safe and secure.

My son and I went here on the last day for tubing. The price is very reasonable for the tubing. We paid for two hours, and could go down the hill as many times as we liked. I'm not sure about other activities as this is the only activity we participated in. It was a very warm day, close to... More

Location was easy to find. Area was clean and well kept with playing fields and surrounding areas good for both players and spectators. Liked set up of facilities.

We visited sleepy hollow during their winter season to go sledding. We had a range in ages from 4 to 33 and we all had a blast. There is a zip line that drags you up the hill in your innertube so you don't have to walk back up it. Be prepared to jump out when you get to the... More

We are driving from Chicago to Denver with our three kids and needed to stretch our legs. We had a great time on the go-karts, climbing wall, batting cages, etc. All of the staff was very friendly and fun. It is not a fancy place but who would expect that? We really enjoyed it. Wouldn't recommend eating there but stopping... More

Great time. Lots of entertainment for the whole family. Something different each day. The park has lots of different things for the family to do different times of the year including skiing in the winter!
