Adventureland is a nice place to take a family to have fun. It is an amusement park and has every ride imaginable. They have several nice places to eat and a lot of walking. The water rides in the summer are a nice way to stay cool. I gave it a 4 star because I believe that they could do... More

We're used to going to 6 Flags and Great Adventure in Georgia and New Jersey in the 00's and now we are going with our grandchildren to Adventureland. We really like how the trees have matured and there is plenty of shade and benches for us Senior fun loving citizens. However, we would like to see the park lower the... More

I take the kids to Adventureland every year and meet family. The water park is growing bigger. Needs a couple of really big water rides and would be the best around. I love you can do both the water park and amusement park for one price. Do wish the tickets didn't cost so much. There should be a cheaper resident... More

They didn't want any competition so they bought Riverview and closed it. I've only been back once since then. Then you got rid of the Silly Silo which was the only good ride you had.

Definitely more to do than time in a day. The 'Lazy River' is a must do - grab a tube and a Mai Tai every time you float by the bar. Get there at opening time to get a great location or call ahead and reserve a private cabana. Loads of relaxation and fun in the sun.

We enjoy taking our family along with a family friends with kids, every year. It's sort of become a tradition for us for the last 5 years. There's a wide range of rides for both smaller children and adults. We don't have teenagers, but we see plenty of them having a good time. Its ideal if you can catch it... More

We took our 3 children age 4-6 for the day and had a blast. All 3 kids rode every ride they were tall enough for including roller coasters, the log ride, and more 'adult' rides, but were also very content with the kiddie rides too. There were enough intermediate rides that the kids and us parents went on too that... More

We've gone to Adventureland the past 3 years and it's been a fun tradition for our kids. Our kids are 2, 8, and 10 and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We had a great time. We typically do the water park too (which is included) but it was rather cool the day of our visit. The admission price... More

This old and dated amusement park offers a few good rides, but nothing compared to six flags of one of the major parks in the country. The park is in need of sprucing up and you would think with the high price of admission, they could afford to do so. Dining is limited to fair food. If you have nothing... More

Went over Labor Day weekend with family and friends. We spent most of the day at the water park and it was a good time. The actual theme park has become antiquated and is in dire need of some updating. Minneapolis and Kansas City are too close with really nice parks to drop $45 here.
