I've noticed that while the mall itself is relatively clean and managed, the stores in Lindale are by far the worst service representation of those stores. Today I stood in Von Maur for 20 minutes and ended up walking out because no one would service me at the jewelry counter. Likewise the Younkers in Lindale is often unorganized and inexistent... I recall seeing this mall as a child. Something about the hustle and bustle excited this rural child. Now, hustle and bustle is annoying to me. Fortunately, due to the highway, it's easy to get here and out (I'm writing from the perspective of now a lot of international travel under my belt). Plenty of parking. Mall is looking old,... More

It's a good mall, but it should have better architecture and other attractions. I did not like the indoor playground. The products in the stores are excellent.

If there was ever a property that sprawled with no plan, this is it. The traffic is super congested around this area, good luck parking anywhere close to where you want to shop. Cedar Rapids needs an alternative to this shopping complex, and they just tore it down.

It was good. It may have similar stores like other malls but they get alot of new things in the stores. I think it wuld attract more customers if we had more variety in stores. Especially for us teens to young adults. More variety in Victoria secrets and a lower prices in there wuld make it better because 60 bucks... More

It is a nice, clean, good-size mall with food court and modern setting. That said, it's not really a place to visit while in Cedar Rapids. I went there thinking (and hoping) there might be unique stores (Cedar Rapids-centric or IA-centric), but no. Just stores you can find in any other malls (Sears, Victoria Secret, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc.).... More

We were unable to find a wheel chair, or a Customer Service desk. Younkers did not have wheel chairs either and the person at their customer service desk said they don't think they exist. Young kids definitely run the show from the food court to the center of the mall. All in all it is an ok mall, but for... More
