A friend and I recently visited the Winery and Vintage cafe. The wine was good, no complaints there. The food , well it was not what you would expect. Stuffed mushroom sauce and spinach ravioli sauce tased identical, and worse, tasted like it came from a can/jar. All of the food tasted very processed. I expect more for the money.... More

I really enjoyed the wine. Catawba was my favorite! However, we ordered dinner and no one in my party was impressed. I had the Alfredo and the pasta was rubbery and the sauce was horrible... it tasted like a flour paste, not a cheese sauce, it was even a bit grainy, like flour. The quality of food and wine was... Recently visited the winery again prior to checking into the hotel and then again the day we left. First day we stopped in for some wine tasting. The taste tester was more of a Sommelier than just an employee as she was very knowledgeable of the wines. We took a look around the shops, purchased our wine and headed out... More

Stopped in while visiting lovely French Lick. Winery offered wine samples with helpful information. We bought two bottles. A lovely supply of gifts available for wine lovers. There also was a cafe that we thought looked worth a try. (We had already eaten). There were also tables outside where you could enjoy the meal and beverages.

We stopped in at the winery after visiting the historical French Lick Resort. The winery building and parking lot could carry a bit more of a professional appearance and hopefully they will work to correct that in the near future. We visited for dinner on a busy Saturday and had to wait just a little bit to get to the... More

Thank you for taking time to write such a nice review. I have shared your compliments with our bar staff. I love to see their faces light up at the recognition. Yes, we are working hard on our parking lot! Unfortunately, weather came in at the wrong time and we are still working to get it finished. Hopefully by your... More

We visited the French lick winery for lunch and did the free wine tasting as well. The wines were very good, even my husband who doesn't typically like wine found one he just HAD to bring home. They have some really cute knick-knacks and a nice assortment of specialty food items. Our lunch was wonderful!! The stuffed mushrooms are very... More

We ate at the vintage café for dinner and it has an......interesting atmosphere. It is just one big open room that is also the gift shop and wine tasting area. While the food was good, I feel it was over priced for what it was. I had the ziti with alfredo sauce and chicken ($15). The portions were average sized... More

Thank you for visiting us and taking time to write a review. Glad you liked the sauce! The Alfredo sauce is made to order in our kitchen and one of our popular options. The tea we serve is a blend of black tea and Republic of Tea Cinnamon Orange, which is available in our gift shop. We hope you come... More
