If you are looking for different wines and excellent entrees in the French Lick/West Baden area the French Lick Winery is one you won't want to miss! The wine selection is very unique and tasting was fun. The food--yummy--I had Lobster Ravoli with cheese garlic bread. The herbed oil was a nice addition to the bread selections! The staff was... Your group was so festive and fun! I've taken the liberty of putting a copy of the picture you posted along with your kind words on the wall next to the time cards to make sure our entire staff sees your message. Best wishes for a Happy New Year - and we hope to see you again soon! More

Lots of different wines to taste and purchase. Also had a nice gift area as well. There was a cafe on sight too but, we had already had lunch.

I think this is the only winery that you can sample EVERY wine that they have. Bought a very reasonably priced bottle of wine and enjoyed a nice dinner. The pasta was very good - but like most american restaurants - it was smothered in too much sauce. All in all, a good meal, great staff and good location.

We love sweet wine, and your cup runneth over here. This place has 2 pages of wine and you can try all you want. The only negative I can say is there weren't enough workers to assist with wine tasting. We were there on a busy Saturday and were a bit neglected in a corner of the bar. Good thing... More

Thank you for taking time to write such kind words. With over 25 wines on the list and with most of the samples being complimentary, we try hard to help people find new favorites. As we continue to hire and train more bar staff, we aim for more personal attention to our guests. We hope you can visit us again... More

We stopped at this winery on the recommendation of friends to taste the wine. The facility is very nice, has a restaurant, gift shop and wine tasting all in one building. Loved the French Lick White wine. Wish we had purchased more. Tasting is free which is nice as well.

TL;DR Skip the cafe, but definitely try the wine. My wife and I stopped by here on our way back from a wedding for lunch. We both had the ravioli at ~$15/dish, and while not bad, it wasn't worth $15/person. After lunch, we sampled the different wines available for purchase (complementary for all but 3 of their wines, which there... More

I only like sweet wines (I did not even try their dry wines), and I am very picky. They had several wines that I loved (so much that I bought a case). I am hard to please with wines, and this became my favorite winery! If you like fruity wines, this is the place to go! P.S. several of their... More

We planned a romantic getaway and planned to do the Uplands Wine Tour. French Lick Winery is a definite MUST. They have a huge selection to choose from and their staff is very friendly and very helpful. They have a restaurant there, but we didn't stay long enough to eat. The food smelled great, but we were there for the... More

Took a drive down to southern Indiana for a quick weekend away. Had heard of French Lick but never had heard of West Baden Resort. A must see.....stop and go inside this wonderful domed Hotel and walk around. Beautifully restored. Then go over to French Lick Casino and Resort. Play the penny machine and have lunch at The Power Plant.... More

Casual and fun winery. Easy to taste and enjoy the various wines. The Italian food was perfect to have with our chosen wines. The fresh baked bread with the olive oil herb dip was heavenly. The pastas were very good. We walked there from our West Baden Springs hotel. Very nice! Dont miss it!

Thank you for coming to see us again and taking time to write a review. As you mentioned, the Pan Bigio and herbed olive oil is a favorite appetizer. So glad you enjoyed the pastas and wine as well. Hopefully you had a chance to try some new wines, too. Cheers! More
