An absolutely beautiful campus

It exceeded my expectations. The campus is beautiful aesthetically and spiritually. If possible, visit the grotto, if at all possible at night. It's magical!

Visited South Bend to see a South Bend Cubs game. We had planned a top to tour Notre Dame University to help fill up the our Memorial Day weekend excursion. The University has guided tours every day of the week, except on Memorial Day weekend.

This is a must see if you're anywhere near South Bend, IN. We were there on graduation day and that enhanced our visit. There are 8,000 undergrads, 3,000 grad students, all 50 states are represented and over 100 countries. In the Basilica and also at the Grotto, (we aren't Catholic but that mattered not) I felt as if I were... More

You cannot not visit campus if you are in town. We did not do any guided tours but we walked ourselves for about 3 hrs. Golden Dome, Touchdown Jesus, basilica, Legends, the grotto...amazing! Our 12 year old is sold on ND as her future alma mater! Can't wait to come back for. Football and graduation!

Amazing campus. Steeped in tradition. If you can get in to Notre Dame you will be provided with a top-notch education and your opportunities will be endless. The campus is incredibly beautiful. Each time I am there I see something new.

Visiting here never disappoints! I am amazed how the entire campus is meticulously well kept. This visit I was in the Joyce Center for graduation. What a beautiful arena. All the wall decals to the locker rooms were inspiring to see.

A really pretty campus and very well kept. A lot of Notre Dame tradition. It's worth doing a stroll and visiting the areas there.

The Golden Dome is amazing! The campus is so clean and inviting and the students are as friendly as the campus staff.

Beautiful campus. A lot of new construction going on. You would never know that the University was started in 1842.

I am sure the ND students during the middle of finals week will have issues with my observations, but every time I am on the Notre Dame campus, I feel like I am on the set of a movie. I must share my often-used quote from my sister who states of Notre Dame: "what's not to like". For first time... More
