If you come to south bend Indiana, you MUST visit Notre Dame! While you may feel they're overrated you will not regret taking a trip to the campus! Any time is beautiful but football season is the best! All day tailgating in the parking lot and a game where you can feel the "Spirit" and nostalgia like no other field.... More

We took the tour of Notre Dame University and were able to go out and walk on the field and visit the locker room.

The grounds are immaculate, beautiful flowers allover the grounds. The main building had Christopher Columbus murals all along the walls, the spiral staircase and the balcony overlooking the campus gave us a rest and a breath of fresh air over viewing the campus grounds.

Freshman move in day would not be the perfect time to do sightseeing, but security was very helpful in directing us and helping us find a lot to park in. Our visit included the basilica, the library with "Touchdown Jesus" and the Grotto.

We went for a tour, and, although the campus is beautiful, it is VERY, VERY big, and parking for the main building, where the tour starts, IS VERY FAR - about a 20 minute walk!! SO, if you are there during hot weather, or inclement weather, you are going to HATE THE WALK! On the plus side, the cathedral is... More

I wasn't sure what to expect when touring Notre Dame campus (a siteseeing component of a conference I was attending). What a beautiful campus! I toured in late July so everything was in bloom and the grounds were green and pristine. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the buildings, the sculptures and... More

Nice to see the Grotto, and the football field. It is a large campus with much greenery so like a park with well maintained grounds.
