Santa's Candy Castle is in my opinion is by far the greatest place. We love going there. Living only 30 minutes away helps also. If we have out of town guests & the castle is open, we take them down. You MUST go on a sat-nite in dec for the chestnut roast. It's done over an open fire like in... More

First off, if you are expecting some massive castle full of candy - don't bother. This place is more of a castle in the backyard. It's absolutely adorable and is a lot of fun! You walk in and see a some regular branded candy such as jelly belly beans, pez candies, and so forth. Then you will see holiday hats... More

Our family traveled to Santa Claus from KY to see this great light display, fun town, and wonderful Candy Castle, but we were disappointed. The only good part of the trip was the lights at Rudolph Lake Campground. We were highly disappointed in the Candy Castle. Yes, the outside looks somewhat like a castle, but nothing fabulous. We actually thought... More

We are very sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. Although the historic castle isn't a huge all-day attraction, we do truly strive to make each and every guest's visit an enjoyable one. The castle is a quaint (ie, not huge) Depression-era attraction that was recently restored, so we are certainly not the world's largest candy shop. However,... More

Santa's Candy Castle wasn't what we expected. Not much candy! It was interesting and we made the best of it, but as a stand alone attraction...not much there. We did buy some candy while there. I did not care for the candy, but my son did...guess it is a matter of taste.

The name of the place is Santa's Candy Castle. Only the castle part is accurate. Wife and I walked in and out in 10 minutes. Would have taken less, but there were some people in the way. They have very little candy and even less of it that pertains to Christmas. For example, we didn't see a single candy cane... More

Santa's Candy Castle was neat, but not what I expected at all. The building is interesting looking on the outside, but I expected there would be more candy than what was there. They have things like Pez and other random things and gift items. They do have some homemade candy available to purchase, in which I bought some of their... More

This place was amazing! Prices started at $1. AMAZING frozen hot chocolate at a really good price! Bought one to share with my husband and had to get another one because he didn't want to share after just one taste... Easy to find and great items inside. There is this circle room in the middle with child friendly computers so... More

Candy Castle.....was expecting a castle full of different types of candy..NOT......if you like Pez candy and flavored popcorn, this would be your place..other than that, stop by a gas station and get more of a candy selection. The staff was very unfriendly, we went twice for the Frozen Hot chocolate and fudge..those did live up to their reputation, other than... More

I seriously have dreams where I order (and devour) frozen hot chocolates from the Candy Castle. I've always been impressed with the service I've received, and I enjoy the unique blend of staff personalities. They know their stuff! I always enjoy myself when I go and leave a little happier than I was when I came in. I took a... More
