The Historic 1935 Santa Statue is "dedicated to the children of the world." Standing 22-feet tall and weighing 40-tons, the Santa Statue just underwent a full-restoration, returning the iconic figure of Santa back to his original condition. The public is free to visit the statue during the day or when it is beautifully lit at night.

Its a statue of Santa Claus. I would suggest going out of your way for the statue, but if you are visiting the museum, take a walk up the path to see the statue of Santa Claus.

We stopped in Santa Claus on our way through - I had researched online prior and thought it would be neat - this statue is really neat to see, and is free to view. Onsite there is also a free Santa Claus museum and post office (not THE post office) where you can sit at old school style desks and... More

At the bottom of the hill there is a sign encouraging you to take a #santaselfie, of course I did. Not much to the statue, but it's nifty.

Definitely worth stopping to see. While you're there, stop and check out the museum and church as well. A lot of interesting history with them

This is a great addition to the Santa Museum. Make sure you climb the hill and read the inscriptions on all four sides of the statue.

What is interesting about this statue is its history. Santa Claus revolve around a handful of things, but the history is what make it interesting. See it on the museum grounds.
