We are not normally dry red people but we always try one that is recommended. We loved the Autumn Red Wine. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes a sweeter wine.

I came across this winery a couple of years ago and I always make it a point to stop in when I'm in the area. They have a great Autumn red wine that I highly recommend. I also love the fact that tastings are free.

Great winery just minutes outside Nashville, IN! Unlike some other wineries, Brown County Winery offers unlimited tastings of their products without a tasting fee. There are a variety of fruit wines (apple, apple/cranberry, blackberry, plum, etc.) as well as a lot of classic whites and reds to please every taste. While the atmosphere is slightly more rustic and not as... More

We stopped here on our way to Nashville. Its only an hour or so from Indy. Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable on the wine. Picked up a couple bottles of their Vista Red (made of concord grapes yum)

Cute winery, very busy but we went during a busy time if year. Staff attentive, nice restrooms. Try the mulled peach wine; delicious!

The winery is always busy and we know why. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they're always happy to let you taste any of their wines. We left with three bottles and two different kinds of wine. If you like wine you are sure to find what you want here. Prices are extremely reasonable and there's no pressure... More

My friend and I enjoyed the wine, but the staff at the shop was not very friendly. We tried to ask about the winery and the different wines, but we were ignored. They were much friendlier to an older couple who walked in after we arrived. I liked the wine, but the experience was so disappointing that I will not... More

Nothing fancy, nothing great, but it was just a fun stop on our trip around Indiana. The wine tastings are free, and there are several to sample. Very helpful staff if you're not into wines a lot, like me. If you like sweet wines and dessert wines, you'll like this place. Also have some unique accessories for the wine-r in... More

Great wines and great employees! We stopped in on a Friday afternoon and the woman working was very friendly and provided some great info on local attractions.

This little winery has a very good selection of sweet wines. The staff seemed knowledgeable of their wines and products. However, the staff at the Chateau Thomas Winery and staff at the Nashville branch of the Brown County Winery were much more friendly, warm and welcoming. I did however purchase a bottle of the Apple Wine and was impressed at... More
