We rented at cabin at the IB Campground June 15-16, 08 and had a very nice time. The attitude of the woman behind the check-in counter needs to be corrected, but otherwise everyone was very nice. The cabin was in great shape and my children had a very nice time. The cabin might look small on the outside, but the... more

Our family camped at the Jellystone and found it to be very nice, quiet, clean and well run. It is right next to the IB Camp Resort wich is a bit older and has a lot of seasonal campers. We found free parking close and convenient to the park at the bridge on the south end, the trams are nice... more

We have camped there several times. A nice time of year is for 4th of JULY they put on a good fireworks display. If at all possible reserve the "B" area we stayed at the campsite andwas able to see firework without the tram ride to the amusement park. Will see everything from tents to RVs and the park models.... more

Was a little taken back by the prior reviewer seeing "white trash" on the Indiana Beach Boardwalk. You will see teens on their own but came with their families. You will see a wide assortment of sizes and cultures. Yet this can be and should be found at every tourist park in America. This is a family park. What you... more

We visited and thought because they had hundreds of seats in their covered picnic shelters that we were welcome to use them. When we asked about them we were told that not only couldn't we use the shelters, but we couldnt picnic anywhere on the premisis, including our car (we didn't ask that it was offered). In addition we we... more

Honestly, I was a little excited to visit this lakefront park in Monticello, IN after my seventh grade teacher announced it was going to be the destination for my class's end-of-the-year trip. PERCEPTION - 3.5 My first impression of the boardwalk was that it was a rustic, quaint carnival-type area. Eventually, I figured out that I mistook "rustic" for just... more

We attended the Indiana Beach Boardwalk on Monday, August 7, 2006. The park was cute and fun. The cost was about right - it was only $20, but then they don't have that many rides. We rode both Cornball Express, and Hoosier Hurricane, (wooden roller coasters) and loved them both. It was drizzling, so Tigrrr never did open. Galaxi opened... more

We went to Indiana Beach last weekend. In my opinion it's extremely overated and I was not impressed at all. We took a ride on the steam boat across the lake and it looked like the boat had not been painted in years. I've got a 6 year old and there wasn't a whole lot for her to do there.... more

For many years my children have asked to visit this park. It is about 3 hours from my home in CHicago, so it's not like we can just up and go, but we were "in the neighborhood" (which is kind of hard to do since it isn't near any thing!) so we spent 7 hours there Aug 21. I could... more

Next time you go to Indiana Beach Amusement Park be sure to stop at the go-kart track next to the campground! My Husband and myself and our 4 kids had a blast! Be careful though, THEY ARE ADDICTIVE! more
