Today, Indiana Beach is home to six roller coasters. Of them, three are wooden roller coasters, including the world-famous Cornball Express, voted the #1 Wooden Coaster in the world by Theme Park Critic in 2002! In addition, Indiana Beach is home to Indiana's 1st custom steel coaster, Steel Hawg. Through all its new attractions, new slogans, and new guests, Indiana Beach never forgot its place as a classic facility filled with classic attractions. Whether it’s getting’ their fannies riding on a coaster, relaxing in the summer sun, or dancing & dining with family & friends, generations have enjoyed all that Indiana Beach has to offer including 0ver 100 accommodations. With plans for tomorrow blossoming every day, exciting changes every season, and a continued commitment to quality, there are no limits in sight for Indiana Beach’s future. From a cornfield that a horse and cart turned into a beach swimming area to the largest amusement & vacation playground in the state of Indiana, from its humble beginnings as Ideal Beach to its undying popularity in the hearts of guests of all ages and generations, Indiana Beach has come to represent that there truly is “more than corn in Indiana...”

I love the nostalgic atmosphere of this park. You just don't find that anymore these days. Certain parts of the park really could use some TLC. However, it looks like they're cleaning it up by section. They have the area around the front with the Steel Hawg and Falling Star cleaned up and redone nicely. Hopefully they will continue this... Happy that it is still from my childhood to my family of young ones! Love that they still have the classic rides and still adding. Right on the water makes it a fun summer stop and enjoyable for the entire family!

It is a slightly run down amusement park but the kids (11,9,7) had fun. Some rides closed down but the lines were short and it killed a day.

This place is run down... nearly half the attractions were not running. If they were running, they had "kids' that had no business operating the rides responsible for everyone's safety. Food was overpriced, cold, and slow to deliver. Also, this place has a water park... there is no requirements on attire to be in the amusement park. Let me tell... More

Indiana Beach has always been one of my favorite traditional style amusement parks in the country. The Spackman family ran the place with great pride, and that showed. When the Spackman family sold the park to Morgan RV and Campgrounds, the new owners did NOT know how to operate a park. Morgan gave it their best attempt, but they did... More

I have traveled to Indiana Beach every summer for 55 years. The last ten years I have witnessed a great decline in the park. It use to have dress codes and expected rules for conduct. The park use to be well kept and offered many more places to park boats for people who just came for the day. The rides... More

I used to go to this park years ago, and have many good memories of it. It was an old-style lakeside amusement park, with a boardwalk and a lot of rides crammed into a small space, and good carnival style booths and junk food. It still has some of that, but is badly in need of maintenance and repairs. It... More
