Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets has the most bizarre layout of any outlet mall I have ever been to. This outlet mall is tucked on the northside of Michigan City BUT well worth the 15 min drive from the interstate. I have shopped most outlets around Chicago and Indy and I have always come to the same conclusion that Lighthouse has the best deals and selection.
