We went to see a Pacers game and were very disappointed in the management of the facility. We were waiting in an endless line for safety screening. Understandable considering all the terrorism lately. However, to not announce why nothing was moving or working was totally ridiculous. We waited out in the cold for 35 minutes. No announcements as to why... More

Went to see a Pacers game here. It has its own personality. We were seated in the second row of the upper level which is a bit scary for someone who isn't a fan of heights.

Seeing the Pacers was a great choice while we were in Indianapolis for the Band's of American Grand Nationals. It was non stop action. My 10 year old daughter who plays bball loved it. They kept us entertained during time outs. Security was tight - I thought the table full of selfie sticks that security took up was hilarious but... More

Was going to Indy for the Marathon and saw that the Pacers played on the night before. got a couple tix and took my son. Really nice entrance, open and a lot of attractions. Very well designed. the seats were comfortable and spaced far enough apart to not be sitting on top of each other. The video opening was great.... More

took family of four to the Pacers home opener-tickets semi reasonably priced-food/beverage not. Just don't understand how they can price those items so high and expect people to bring their families to the games.

Metal detectors for a Christian concert? And bring a bottle cap if you want a bottle of water as they will take the one from your bottle when you purchase one there for "safety reasons". No matter that you then have to worry all night about spilling said water. Ridiculous. Parking near the venue is also pretty pricey. The cheapest... More

I have been here for many events over the last few years and have never been disappointed. The pricing is pretty reasonable, but the food is outrageous.

Staff was very friendly. Looks like the area had been updated. Giant scoreboard and good sound. Ample room in arena seats. OK variety of snacks. Plenty of nearby ramp parking (ramp behind arena cost $15, while ramp 1 block away was $5)

Thank K H
