That means we build giant... more » Owner description: New to Indianapolis for 2012! It’s not in the dictionary, but if it was, Go Ape would be described as a ‘treetop adventure’. That means we build giant obstacle courses up in the trees using ladders, walkways, bridges and tunnels made of wood, rope and super-strong wire, and top it all off with the world's best zip lines (5 big ones at our Eagle Creek Park location in Indianapolis). We then equip people with harnesses, pulleys and carabiners, give them a 30 minute safety briefing and training and let them loose into the forest canopy, free to swing through the trees. Of course, instructors are always on hand, regularly patrolling the forests. The result is spectacular. The Go Ape experience gets the adrenalin pumping, gets people out of their comfort zones and above all (no pun intended), it’s just great fun. « less

I went with my sisters and we had a great time! You go at your own pace and work through the course on your own. There are instructors around to give you tips if you need them, but overall it's pretty self guided.

I am afraid of heights so had no idea if I was going to be able to do it! The guides were really patient and helped me all the way! It was so much fun! I can't wait to do it again!!!
