Went for the 1st time - Took our 4 and 7 year old to see the Penguin show - they loved it. We will go back to see the Lemur and Jerusalem show, it was a great experience!

Would like to go here for an outdoor concert. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Lots of people. Outdoor garden and some sculptures/art.

Who knew a huge city culd have such a great large park right downtown. Great walking paths and outstanding access to downtown, IUPUI and the Indy Zoo. Plenty of parking and lots of bike rentals.

Scenic place to take a quiet walk on weekends. Only negatives were very few places to eat right on the river and canal walks and very limited restrooms.

We rented some bikes and road across the river, the back side of the zoo, and around town. Downtown Indianapolis is very bike friendly. Disappointed that there really wasn't any place to buy food/drink in the park or along the canal except for ice cream bars. A lot of museums but we didn't visit any of these.

This is not like the other state parks that you may have been too. It is a parking lot and has flat land of grass where they sometimes have events there.

Loved walking/running at the park. Great to see all the museums and sites right from the park. Some of the best picture of the city landscape can be taken right on your walk.

It was a beautiful walk from the zoo parking to the park. Enjoyed the views of the downtown buildings.
