This is not like the other state parks that you may have been too. It is a parking lot and has flat land of grass where they sometimes have events there.

plenty of room for the little ones to play,great picnic areas or just to relax ,we had a blast just watching all the little ones running and playing

Loved walking/running at the park. Great to see all the museums and sites right from the park. Some of the best picture of the city landscape can be taken right on your walk.

It was a beautiful walk from the zoo parking to the park. Enjoyed the views of the downtown buildings.

Wonderful area and clean, could use more parking. Lots of activities to do. Great place to take the family.

The park and the canal are both convenient to the Marriott location. I was interested in seeing the canal park layout and it did not disappoint. The recreational opportunities were great.

I really enjoyed our trip to White River in Indianapolis. We rented a double seater bike for $20 and explored the park. There is a lot to see!!

The park was well kept. The walk was concrete and went along beside the river, separated from the river by estimate of 50-100 yards of mowed grass. It was very pretty. You could rent bikes to ride. Everything was right there museums, zoo, hall of fame.
