This is a large and beautiful spot for running, biking, picnicking and there's a zipline course. Haven't done that, so can't comment on it. Really nice park!

We went here for my 3 year old who loves to swim. We tried something new and drove the 15 minutes to the beach area. We saw the park and it seemed pretty busy. Right away when we paid the entrance fee the older lady was rude. She was having a phone conversation and didn't say hi or anything to... More

My husband and I went to this part a few weekends ago for a morning hike; what a hidden gem in Indianapolis. The trails were nice for hiking (very easy as they were pretty flat) and felt like we were miles away from the city. Most of the trails were well covered so we appreciated the shade b/c we walked... There is an admission to drive into the state park but only $6 for cars, extra charge per person if you want to swim. Beautiful property.

If I lived in Indianapolis, I would purchase a yearly pass for this park in a heartbeat! Swimming, running, biking, hiking, you name it, it goes on here. Well-maintained, safe, scenic...everything you could ask for. If you do bike, be careful. There are a couple of very sharp turns, one of which is at the bottom of a hill. The... More

Went there to watch the Big 10 rowing regatta that my daughter was competing in. Thoroughly enjoyed the park, a great place for the whole family to relax in.

We didn't really use the park much as we went mainly for the purpose of the Go APE ropes/zipline course but it looked great. Saw it had a beach area as well. We definitely recommend the GO APE course for beginners and people who have done it before. Takes a few hours so just plan on that but excellent pathways... More

The GoApe tree course was awesome! The staff was friendly and welcoming! The woods at Eagle Creek Park are well preserved with lots of beautiful wildlife!
