This is a great park with plenty of walking trails. The Nature Center is definitely a gem that few people know about. Playground stays busy with a lot of toddlers so older children need to be watchful. Unfortunately, dog walkers are everywhere and occasionally there may be a few unleashed so "heads up."

We've had our family pictures taken here several times. It's a great park. The play set is nice for the kids and the nature center is nicely run. The trails behind it are beautiful. It's a huge park that offers a lot!

Holliday Park has all the ammenities that you would expect to find in a city park. Playgrounds, picnic areas, walking areas, etc. This park has some nice extras that make it a great place to visit. In addition to the previously listed features, there are several other attractions. The ruins - some of the ornate remains from an older building... More

This gem is located in a residential area on 80 acres, about 7 miles from the heart of the City. Donated by and named after the family of John Holliday, founder of the now-defunct afternoon Indianapolis Times newspaper. Backing up to White River on the east, the park includes wooded trails between the central meadows and the river; large open... More

My preteen daughters still ask to go to the park here - they also like walking the trails down to the river to skip rocks and wade out into the water.

We drive down from the north side to hike here with our kids and enjoy a picnic during warm months. They have a great little center with volunteers and information. You can even watch birds from a couple special places inside, and they have a really neat educational section to take the kiddos to inside for free as well. For... More

This is a big park on the North side of Indy. There are plenty of different play structures for little kids to big kids. We also enjoy the long network of trails that run through the woods down to the White River. Sometimes the park can be very busy/full, but there is plenty of space.

We love visiting this park as a family. We love the different age play areas for the kids. We like to hike the trails to the river. The nature center is fun to explore. The old fountain is cool to view and photograph.

Love this park, it has a nice nature center, and great area to just relax and take a blanket and read a book if that's your style. Or you can hop onto one of the many trails that will most likely take you down by the river. The trails are nicely cared for and wonderful in the Spring especially! The... More

Thank you Mr.Holliday and the friend's of Holliday Park. Clean, beautiful and we'll kept this is one of my favorites in Indianapolis. Perhaps a bit more about Reka Dom would be nice. The only thing wrong was no attendant to turn on the lights on exhibits in the nature center.
