This is a cool little family owed winery on the South East side of Indy. The google directions seem like it might be easy to get lost trying to find this place, however, once you get off on the Acton exit, there are signs pointing the way up until you reach the winery. Once there, there is a small retail... More

We finished up the Indiana wine tour with this stop, the people were great and the wines were tasty! Look forward to seeing them at the Story Inn wine festival!

We went on a weekend trip. I would like to go back in better weather and sit outside. The wine is good and they have many varieties. Go try for a new wine.

We went on a cold day so could not take advantage of the outdoor patio area. We tasted wines (many) with a goal of purchasing for gifts. We were given papers with wine names and descriptions so we could keep track of what we liked. The couple (owners) serving us was friendly and fun and informative. The tasting room has... More

We are not big wine drinkers. But we did have a nice night out with friends here. Great place to reserve and have leave the kids home. A bit out of the way, dimly lit area on dark nights. Will go back again with friends.

Buck Creek is a family owned winery, run by multiple generations. It is a cozy locale with personal service and plenty of excellent wines to sample. Prices are reasonable. You'll be glad you made the trip. Perhaps make it a destination when visiting the local casino.

For discerning wine drinkers, Indiana wine can run a bit on the sweet side...I know from experience! Don't miss Buck Creek Winery for a completely satisfying tasting experience. Located east of Indianapolis at exit 99 (Acton Road) on I-74, the tasting room and vineyard is easily accessible and well worth the 15 minute drive out of town!

We have bought several bottles of wine from Buck Creek. My husband and I really like sweeter wines, both white and red, and Buck Creek has a much larger selection of those than other wineries we've tried. Their blueberry and blackberry wines are tasty, but our favorite is probably the rhubarb wine. They are great about tastings and will let... More
