This museum has evolved into a wonderful destination. We live in Fort Wayne and would like to say the director has done a great job of bringing this museum to the status it has achieved. We thoroughly enjoyed the special glass exhibit recently. Incredible talent!

The museum is small but is had some nice exhibits. We were there during the glass exhibit which was beautiful but did cost an additional $5.00 per person to see. They offer free parking in back of the museum.

This place has gone through a big change since we were here over a year ago. They now charge you to visit on SUNDAYS ONLY which is usually the only day we can visit the museum. 20.00 to get in and then another 25.00 to see the summer of glass exhibit which was not that great. There were around 20-22... More

Dear Tony, Thanks for visiting the Fort Wayne Museum of Art! I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your visit. We work very hard for our visitors to learn something and enjoy what they see. That said, I would like to clarify for our other users some misrepresentations in your review. -We do not charge admission only on Sundays. We... More

It's not Chicago, but who would know with all the wonderful exhibits they bring to Fort Wayne. Well worth a visit and don't forget to visit the gift shop with amazing one-of-a-kind buys.

The Chihuly blown glass exhibit is in Fort Wayne until the end of September. The museum as a whole is very clean, neat and interesting art exhibits. I will be taking a membership there to support them.

I visited the museum on a Sunday, and general admission was free. There was a glass exhibit available for $7. I did not view that exhibit, so my review does not include that. The "museum" consists of 5 rooms, 2 of which were given to a photographic exhibit about natural hair, specifically the Afro. This exhibit was interesting, thought provoking,... More

The FW Museum is so nice. They always have events that show case the community. They do a lot of Cultural displays that can involve the whole family. It is a very nice museum. I feel that the museum is a little small so you will see it quickly.

I went with my daughter's second-grade class visit. A temporary exhibit called "Freedom Riders" was on display and I could have spent hours viewing all of the artwork/mug shots. It was something I had heard about a long time ago and didn't know much about; so it was very touching to see the mug shot art and put yourself back... More
