In the heart of Fort Wayne, this is a nice venue with changing activities but, because of it's location, it's small and doesn't take very much time to tour. Food available.

What a fun find on a rainy day. Three domes of varying habitats of plant life. There was a butterfly tent that was incredible. Interaction with beautiful butterflies. Who knew they were so friendly??? Got some great photos and loads of fun. The other parts were equally interesting and particularly fun for families with children. Several interactive things for kids... More

We stopped by to see the butterfly exhibit and tour the building. It's a small place and the butterflies were confined to a temporary tent area measuring about 25' x 25'. The exhibit areas include a desert area, a rain forest and an outdoor garden. It's a nice feature in downtown Ft Wayne and could be better if it were... More

Such an interesting place. So peaceful to see the butterflies flying everywhere so close to you. Nice to see the plants of the desert as well as the tropics.

The conservatory has been in Fort Wayne for perhaps 30 years now, and is a very enjoyable and relaxing place to visit. They do a good job of keeping the seasonal flowers up, and if you visit during a holiday, flowers appropriate to the holiday are always nicely displayed and in bloom.

This is a very peaceful place to visit. All three different indoor gardens are awesome and educational. There are children activities in the hallways. We did not get to experience the outdoor terrace garden because of the rain. The butterfly exhibit was really great. The gift shop was really great. The staff at the desk, Suzy, helped us while away... More

I visited this conservatory with my wife who likes to take pictures. If your into trees, green stuff and man-made waterfalls then this is and ideal location to go to. They have 3 atriums with different types of settings in each. The first atrium had flowers and the butterfly exhibit, second had jungle and waterfall exhibit, third had desert exhibit.... More

Not overly impresses but maybe I'm just not a plant person. Feel like I can walk through very quickly and not be impresses by anything in particular.

They need to put some money into making this an awesome location. It was very sad after visiting Pittsburgh, PA & Ann Arbor, MI.
