Enjoyed every minute of it although i have never camped in my live. Takes you through the developmental history of rv's and though this sounds boring it was very interesting. If pasding thru or by elkhart take the opportunity and go even if not a camper.

We enjoyed wandering in and out of the RVs dating back to the 1930s. It was an interesting walk through RV history. The new RVs were fun and we're sure the big one has a nicer kitchen than we have at home!

My wife and took the tour today and enjoyed exploring the past. We love vintage rv's and have found that they last a lot longer than the newer models. I was concerned that the newly re-modeled trailer to be auctioned on ebay to benefit the museum may not be in top notch condition. I noticed that adhesive around the front... More

FUN FUN FUN! I thought I would be bored silly.. No way. What a great place. Just to name a few on display: The first prototype Bounder MH, Mae Wests touring car, Teardrops. Loved seeing the older RVs, and how they've changed with the times! Library on second floor.. Took a glimpse of all "out of publication" RV magazines. Who... More

Since we are full time RVERS, we were looking forward to seeing this hall of fame. It was very educational to see the beginning of Camping modes. The exhibits had great detail and were in excellent condition. I was amazed that they first began in 1913. It is well worth the stop. Seniors it is $8.00 to get in. They... More

Go back, way back in time, and take your time to read all the info on these early RV relics. If you feel RVing is a challenge you can see how they used to have it. We would visit again, very worth the time. I still revue the photos I took and enjoy.

A good overview of the history of RVs. Interesting old RVs. Fun to see the older ones and their setups. Large library contains back issues of many magazines dealing with RVs and camping.

If you love RV's than you need to stop into this museum!!! The many different kinds of RV's they have and the shape they are in is incredible!!! Not an overly huge place but certainly a stop over for those traveling & wanting to get out and stretch their legs for a couple hours. If you need info on old... More

We have friends visiting who are R V owners and were camping at a local KOA so we offered to take them to the RV/MH Hall of Fame. We all had a good time looking at all the old-old trailers and what was considered state-of-the-art at their time periods. Makes you appreciate what they provide today for the couple or... More

We toured this museum today. It was a wonderful place. The staff was SO helpful, friendly and funny! They have RVs on display from 1913 to present. Great place!
