Super fun place!

This was a great place to take the grandboys - so fun that we ended up buying them a year-long pass. Right next to the Hyatt where we stay when we visit so it's convenient.

What a fun, educational spot to spend an hour or two (or more) with children! A huge variety of hands on things to do for all ages including fine motor and gross motor activities, water play, music, science, and more. A great place to invest in a yearly pass for many visits!

We've brought our son here a few times since he turned two. We just visited again a couple days ago (he's 4 now) and had another fun visit. We go to the Indianapolis Children's Museum frequently and while it is much larger our son has as much fun here. At this age he wouldn't be able to see all of... More

We try to incorporate universal design principles into our exhibits to make the experience we offer as broadly accessible as possible. We're delighted that a staff member (blue apron) or volunteer (green apron) engaged your son in a positive way with one of... More

A bit haphazard collection of activities and exhibits but an average eight year can enjoy it for about one and half hours.

Thank you, 274887Kjb, for coming to WonderLab while you were visiting Bloomington from Budapest, Hungary. We're delighted that the museum was a stop on your itinerary! We notice that you visited last September, which was a time when we were slowly changing out our exhibits in the galleries. Perhaps that is what gave you the impression that the collection was... Take the kids! There is tons of fun things for kids to burn off some energy and learn a little bit without being aware of it.

We went here with our two granddaughters ages 3 and a walking 1 year old and their parents. We spent just over two hours, went to lunch and went back for more. Very nice facility with hands on activities for kids of all ages. Even the one year old had a good time. Upstairs there are tanks with reptiles and... More

We had a fun afternoon at the Wonderlab. While this is much smaller than many children's museums and activity houses we have been to, my 7 years old son enjoyed himself for several hours. He especially liked the parachute drop, water tables, stick building center, and bee hive. The staff was nice and they have a gift shop. We would... More

While visiting Bloomington, we visited WonderLab with my 3.5 year old and 1 year old. They both had a great time exploring. There are several science-based activities that kids of various ages can enjoy. The building itself isn't all that big, but we had several hours of fun but it could be crowded on a busier day. I think this... More

Great hands on for kids! Catch the reindeer show if you get a chance. Lots of science experiments and even some climbing opportunities,

Great to hear from you, somuchtraveled! For the benefit of those who don't know, WonderLab typically offers a special science program in December with a live reindeer and other Arctic animals. The "climbing opportunity" is a two-story climbing maze in the shape of a grapevine. We look forward to your next visit! More

Used to bring the grandkids all the time. Always new things for them to discover. Even for the teens. They loved the place and it was a good way to spend an afternoon. For the money its top of the list.
