My 2 daughters and I have degrees from IU. My husband and I are huge basketball fans and have season tickets. Whenever our daughters (who live out of state) visit with their families, we try to walk around campus. The grandchildren are all convinced they will also come to school here. They always get new shirts, hats, etc. whenever they... More

It's a lovely campus with woodland walks in between buildings. The star of the show for me was the Lilly Library which looks like it hasn't changed since Victorian times. Lots of little gems hidden here and worth a look.

Our granddaughter attends IU and we visit her when possible. The campus is so pretty and well kept. Kind of quaint, but too large for that description. Every thing you would want in terms of restaurants and entertainment.

Indiana University is a very interesting and enjoyable place to visit. It occupies a vast expanse of land and has the quintessential old looking lecture halls; interesting architectural creations like the Wells Library, Ballantine Hall, and the Art Museum; and a large mass of students hurrying to their destinations all the time. The core of the campus is gorgeous and... More

My son transferred to IU from a small university in New Hampshire. He wanted a big school with solid academics and lots to do. IU certainly delivers. Everyone knows about the Hoosiers for basketball, and he has enjoyed those games at Assembly Hall thoroughly. What you may not know is that the Hoosiers have a fabulous baseball team with a... More

Only complaint. Hard to find where visitors can park. Map phone did not work for mobile use correctly.

This staff, faculty, and students were so friendly and welcoming! What a great place to tour and see. The IU campus has a lot of artwork, galleries, and amazingly beautiful structures to see.

What a beautiful campus. The landscaping is really well done with flowers everywhere. Parking is really tough when school is in session. If you have a student in Eigenmann they do offer a temporary parking pass for visitors.

The campus is very beautiful. There are so many great Indiana limestone buildings. Some places to visit are the Student Union (worlds largest), Beck Chapel and Dunn Cemetery behind it, the Mathers Museum, Auditorium, Lilly Library, and Indiana University Art Museum. Parking is really a problem, we spent a hour looking for one, I think the only one might be... More

IU has so much to offer! Music & Opera performances at the MAC (Musical Arts Center), Museums (Art, Mathers, etc), the Lilly Library with rare books, a HUGE Student Union and so much more. Sports abound here, but basketball rules at IU! Football, baseball and soccer all have excellent venues. April is the "Little 500" Bike race (featured in the... More
