Few campuses have the look and feel offered at IU. There is something special about the atmosphere of a college campus...takes you back. Although I'm not an alum, I have an appreciation for the school, the campus, and the history. It's worth a visit. And after that, head on over to the Village for interesting shops, good food, and cold... More

Indiana should be so proud of such an exemplary college campus. Magnificent limestone collegiate gothic buildings offset by the colorful fall foliage of so many legacy trees couldn't be more impressive. Anyone who attends this school should consider themselves really lucky.

The atmosphere of the Tudor Room is hard to top, but the food and service make a great addition for a grand experience! The visit and food take one to another place in time. This is a wonderful place to dine anytime and for special occasions. The Tudor Room is an outstanding place to take out of towners to show... More

Indiana University is world class. You must be darn good to even get into msny of the schools, like the school of music. Food52 just had a wonderful blog called "Your Guide to a Fall Weekend In Bloomington". Read it. The town itself and the surrounding area is utterly gorgeous. The cmpus is spectacular. There is an unbelievable array of... More

I went with my granddaughter for college day visitation. It was a well planned program and well done by student volunteers. My granddaughter was impressed with the vastness of campus and all the opportunities available. It is a beautiful campus and we walked a good part of it. (I graduated from IU in the 1960's and the trees have grown... More

We attended the Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard concert. Great concert in a super building. Everything went very well.

We were at IU for a Willie Nelson concert on a Wednesday night in October. The weather was unseasonably warm the next day (80 degrees on October 22... wow!) We had traveled from Lansing, Michigan, just 250 miles north, where the high temperature that day was 61 (also a very mild autumn day for us). We were extremely blessed to... More

We toured the campus at the height of the leaves turning colors. There are many beautifully designed meadows and glades between the campus buildings. The turning colors and the artful work of the campus maintenance crews with their extensive Fall planting offsetting the grey limestone construction is striking. Any list of beautiful college campuses certainly would include the Indiana campus.... More
