It is a nice SMALL state park. It is located on the Fox River making it accessible for canoeing. It also has a small lake and areas for picnicking.

A beautiful park great for taking hikes in and fishing. There's several playgrounds for children and large pavilions were I've seen family gatherings held. Great place for spotting wildlife like water snakes, spiders, deer, and songbirds.

We always take our kids here fishing. They also have grills around so you can cook there if you want. My husband also proposed to me here.

A friend and I went kayaking in June in the small lake located in this park. Very tranquil and peaceful place. Would recommend for anyone who wants to go hiking or kayaking.

Nice trails for running and hiking. Two decent sized lakes for fishing. Good access to Fox River. Paddle boat rentals and concession stand available. Very easy and short hike to spring.

So beautiful and great for fishing. Also has a small food stand that is open on weekends. I come her often as it has many trails and is a great place to take a nice walk. Just love it!

Oh my. I almost hate to share this wonderful space with the world in fear that it will get crowded. Right now, it is not. However, it could handle many more people! It is clean, has wonderful trails, offers picnic areas and plenty of walking paths. You can fish or boat or just sit on the benches and enjoy the... More
