We loved the venue overall, but the major negative was the long, ridiculous lines for food and beverages. We waited in a line for 30 minutes due to only 2 people working the booth. That was prior to the show, so I'm sure that's part of the reason, but there were a lot of booths closed for some reason for... More

I agree, parking SUCKS at this venue, getting in and especially getting out, took over an hour with the idiots they have working traffic. Went to the Kiss concert a few weeks ago and came across a NEW secure place to park for this venue. Across from entrance 4 on Oak Park Ave, large parking lot and it only cost... More

I came to this venue for the Carnivores tour with Linkin Park, 30 Seconds to Mars and AFI. The main thing that I did not like about this venue was the seating. We were in section 203 and they did not slope well so you couldn't see very well if someone very tall was in front of you or if... More

they have seating for 20,000 + people but the area to stand and to purchase concessions is made for 1/3 of that. they ran out of water by first act (oddball fest) the drinks were ridiculous: $9.50 for a bottle of beer $14.00 for an 8oz (double) mixed drink. we had a group of four sitting near us carry on... I read so many TERRIBLE reviews about this place before going to the Drake vs. Lil Wayne concert on August 10. We had decent seats in the front section. It wasn't crowded and the security made sure that the correct people were in the correct areas. I liked the layout. The beer WAS EXPENSIVE though. We paid $12 per 16... More

The taxi service... More

Comparing this place to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Maryland Heights, MO (StL) where we usually see shows is like night and day. This place looks like it belongs on "Life After People" from the lack of care shown to it. We sat on the lawn and it was already trashed when we got there when the gates opened- covered... More

After reading reviews were a bit worried, but turned out GREAT! We took Trip Advisor advise & left plenty of time for drive & traffic & checked with venue that day regarding to what we could bring in. Brought our water bottles & snacks which helped with cost. We had NO issues with parking, or getting in or out or... More

The crowd control at this venue is simply dangerous. Went with friends to go see Mötley Crüe, and it took 45 minutes just to get into the lawn. People had to shove and push there way in. The security team did a great job taking care of a fight that happened near is, but they were totally out manned. Not... More

My car was stolen and nothing was done to help or fix the problem. Management basically told me it was my problem and that they weren't going to help! Kicked us out the venue while we were waiting for our ride. I live three hours away and paid for premier parking and asked was my car safe and they said... More
