This is an awesome place. All of the kids loved it. Will plan a birthday party there again. I'm so glad there are rules and people there actually making everyone follow them. That way no one gets hurt.

We go here with our 2 and 4 here olds all the time any they love it. Try to go during non peak time with small kids cause the bigger kids can be a little rowdy and bump into them. Not that big of a deal but just a precaution. The foam pit and dodgeball arena are my 2 kids favorites.

My daughter was invited to a Birthday Party at Epic Air over the weekend and it is ALL she is talking about. Her and her friends had a blast. I stayed for awhile and was very impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and how friendly everyone was. The party host of the birthday party was very interactive. Most of all....CLEAN! Very important to me, as a mom. Highly recommend Epic Air for a party or just to release some energy!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called to book a party and they quoted me 450 which is fine but didnā€™t even include socks. So I told them I would get back to them. They called me to follow up and gave my honest opinion and told they I chose not to book because of them charging separate for socks. I personally think that should be include but everyone runs business differently. The ā€œmanagerā€ Angela Banks responded with that sounds like a you problem and hung up. This is the problem when you pay a child hourly and they have no clue how to run a business and just want a pay check. I am sure the actual owner would never do business this way. Then when I tried to call back they hang up on me. Would never ever recommend them.

On March 24, 2012, I had my son's 9th Birthday party there. I planned the party 6 weeks prior and paid for the party in advance. We got a tour of the place prior to booking the party and Kristin(owner) was very nice and accommodating the day I booked and paid for the party. Well, the day of our party, the soda machine was not working. I understand these things happen but it was her response to me when I asked her how would we be accommodated, do to the soda machine not working. I ask if we could have the pop cans she had in the refrigerator behind the counter. She told me "no" that my choices were lemonade or water. I then ask her if she would refund some the money I had paid for the party because it states for your party you receive 3 pitchers of pop. Her response to me was "What am I suppose to do drop everything that I am doing, run over to Target and get cases of pop?" she said this in a very nasty tone. I told her she needed to calm down. I was just going by what the the contract that I signed and paid for stated. She then offered to discount me. .50 cents off each child which I had 11 children show up. I then ask if she could just give us the slushes that were offered at the counter she told me "No". I could not believe this woman was being so unprofessional with me but she was not that way when I paid for the party in advance. I am a non-confrontational person so I just made sure I wrote this review. The good news was, by the time the pizza came, The soda machine was working and we were accommodated. As we were leaving her husband(owner as well) asked how the party went? I told him what happen. I know it sounds petty but her nasty and non professional attitude is what really upset me. Her husband apologized for her non professionalism and refunded me $20.00 of my money back. After paying $250.00, you expect to get what you signed for as well as an apology. Customer service goes along way! Kids had a great time, but its unfortunate that I will not give this business anymore of my business. As stated before, I understand these things happen, but normally you try and make the customer happy or accommodate accordingly.

This place is terrible. I brought my two children who were very excited to jump and they walked away saying they did not enjoy themselves at all. Such a good idea for a business gone to waste. The employees stand there like robots, only showing life when they have to yell at children about really useless rules. Nobody goes to this place. It was empty when my kids went and they had no kids to play with. It is a little pricey too. There is another trampoline park roughly 40 minutes away from Epic Air that we ended up driving to because Epic Air was such a poor experience. It was substantially better, but the drive is awful. Through the 2 hours we spent at Epic Air, not once was any sort of authority figure seen. Just a bunch of bitter kids that were hired to watch the trampolines. DONT GO HERE

We have gone to Epic Air a handful of times and every time we leave extremely frustrated. First, we have a two year old and if you try to help them on the trampoline they yell at you and tell you that you must purchase a wrist band. I am sorry but I'm not jumping for enjoyment purposes I am helping a toddler that is not capable of independence. We have attended to birthday parties here and at the first they pitched at fit about parents assisting their children( all of which were 3 and under. The second we could over hear the staff and owner rushing the family saying they were coming to the end of their two hours and needed to hurry because another party was coming. I am sorry from the outside in their are 20 families that are listening to that giving your place of business a really bad reputation. They need to put more time in between their parties like other places do so that they appreciate each customer. A birthday is a special day for a child and the last thing you want is for a business to take that moment from you child. They only get so many. The people that work there are all young teenagers on a power trip that are constantly yelling at people! If you want a place that is cheaper, nicer, better customer service, and more stuff go to Sky High trampolines in Naperville. They were amazing! They also let the parents on the trampolines to help their toddler!!!!

We are sorry to hear of your experience and we would like to clarify a few things. If someone is on the trampolines, then they are considered a jumper and need to pay. When you bring your toddlers to a public pool, do you get in for free (even when you don't swim)? If you go to an amusement park and don't go on any of the rides, do you get in for free? At these places you pay even when you do not participate. You do not pay at our park if you do not jump. You do pay, if you jump. If you are merely assisting a young child onto the trampoline, you do not pay. However, if you are going to participate with them, then you pay. The competition is not cheaper. Their party package for 20 is $484 compared to ours which is $350. So if you want to think the parents jump free at the competition, think again. You are paying for them to jump - regardless if they jump or not. Where at Epic Air, we only charge you, if they jump. We do not sneak in the charge through over-charging on other items. Each addtional jumper is $15. Unlike the competition which is $22 for an addtional jumper. Here's the breakdown: Their base price for 12 jumpers is $250 plus $176 for 12 additional jumpers ($22/jumper ) for a total of $426. This includes only 1 slice of pizza per child (20 slices) and one bottle of water per child. Their Party Host sets up and cleans up and does not interact with the kids on the court. Their package also does not include a t-shirt. Our Birthday Party Package includes 2 slices of pizza per child and a choice of 8 different fountain drinks. The competiton will charge you $5 per pitcher for a fountain drink and $16.50 for 8 slices of pizza. Needing 2 more pizzas and 5 pitchers of a fountain drink to compare to our Birthday party package, that is an additional $58. For a total of $484 (which still does not include a t-shirt) compared to our $350 package. As for the time in between parties, we allow 30 minutes. As a courtesy to the party coming in next, we try to keep each party on schedule so there is not a domino effect. The party is 2 hours, not 2 1/2 hours. We welcome parties to move to another area if they are running past their time. We are complimented all the time on the friendliness of our staff and the way they interact with the customers. We are very sorry you did not experience this and would love for you to email us directly so we can offer you to come back to our park, on us. We take a lot of pride in our park and we believe it shows through the friendliness of the staff as well of the cleanliness of the entire park. We truly are sorry for your experience and hope we can make it up to you. We also offer a survery that we send out the end of each party to encourage feedback so that we can make improvements, if necessary. We hope to hear from you so we can formally rectify the situation.

This company is really missing the mark when it comes to dealing with the public. It seems they are not willing to be accountable for there own employees mistakes and they seem truly concerned about the almighty dollar. After calling on the phone and getting a rate from an employee for my group, it seems "whoever I spoke with" was incorrect and quoted me a homeschooling rate. I had a group of 7 so I asked the manager TYLER to work with me since I was misquoted but instead he scoffed at me saying its spring break and there are no discounts. I asked to speak to his manager and he proudly informed me HE was the only manager on duty, and when I asked him to reach HIS manager he informed me he was "not going to wake her up" and again scoffed at me. He was rude and certainly not concerned about my business as he simply said pay the price or leave. looking into the eyes of 7 kids anxious, I payed the full rate.. And YES, I got the old have to buy there socks!!! Sad that they feel they have to nickel and dime. VERY SLOW check in not good when you have kids.... After emailing the manager to call me, she ended up showing up during the end of my visit there. She was nice and apologetic. She informed me that I was quoted the wrong rate BLAH blah blah.... And offerd me $2 off coupons for my next visit. I explained to her how I'm extremely distraught at how I was treated by Tyler. She apologized and said he would be dealt with. I later for an email from her explaining if I needed anymore clarification of the rates to reach out to her... And said Tyler for sorry for his behavior and how they get lots of compliments on Tyler. Well, after that I reached out to my mothers club who all had negative things to say similar to me about this place. I think they need to stop telling everyone how many compliments they get and pay attention to how many people are unhappy with them, there service and there lack of accountability. Also, they are forgetting one super important rule in business... The customer is always right! But with Epic air, they are always right! Just read there comments twords anyone with a complaint.

We are very sorry the way you feel you were treated. We are extremely generous and give out over 50 donations each month to organizations, tens of thousands of coupons to libraries, schools and organizations as well as participate in their events. We have saved the lives of over 2 dozen homeless dogs through adopt-a-dog events. Our group pricing starts at 15 jumpers and reservations must be made in advance. All of our employees are aware of this and they do not quote such pricing over the phone. Our GM came in on her day off to address the situation. There are no discounts offered during Spring Break. The check in may have seemed slower because most of the kids were new customers and paper waivers were brought in so our Front Desk staff needed to enter the information. There is an online waiver option and also a kiosk at the entrance of our facility to make the check in process much quicker.

What seems to be a place of great fun, sadly we found out the hard way that it can be a very dangerous place. Anytime you have to sign a waver before playing really think about if it is worth it? The place itself is clean, and the employees are all very nice! We took our kids there(ages 14 & 11) and met up with their cousins (ages 14,12 & 9). After about an hour of jumping my oldest ended up fracturing her ankle. (Is now on crutches and out of sports for 6 weeks). My youngest has been complaining that her back is sore, and come to find out my nephew has a sore arm from landing on it while there. One of the parents(who is a nurse that works in a hospital close to Epic Air) of a girl on my daughters soccer team saw my daughter and asked what had happened to her ankle, after telling her the story, she told my daughter that they often see kids and some adults that come in from Epic Air with injuries. Gosh, it's only our second time at a trampoline place(the first time was at a different place and no one got injured) unfortunately now that this has happened and the more that we know about this place and others like it, the risk outweighs the fun for us. It's just not worth it for us! We will never go again!

We are very sorry to hear of your experience at our Park. Injury rates in sports such as baseball, basketball and soccer range for 1.0-2.1% (American Academy of Pediatrics Journal ā€œSurvey of the Injury Rate for Children in Community Sportsā€ ). We have an injury rate of between 0.1-0.2% (less than 1/2 percent). As in an physical activity, there is a risk for injury. We train our staff, hold monthly safety meetings, test our staff on safety and have supervisors and/or managers making sure our park is as safe as possible. We welcome any feedback, advise, etc., and truly care about everyone's safety. We feel our staff is very attentive and they enforce our posted rules to keep everyone safe.

I have a hard time finding places to take my over active son, as a single parent it is frustrating.
THANK GOODNESS I stumbled apon this INDOOR recreation park. It is wall to wall trampolines where kids and adults can bounce and jump and run. Not ony was it a good outlet for my son to release all his energy I could participate with him. I also had the option of watching him once I got tired at a near by table or sofa.I did do some research before coming here and was worried about saftey, however they have employees they call court monitors on every court. very friendly and interactive, especially in dodgeball. Staff is wonderful and sweet.
