We've been to this theatre many times and have not been disappointed. It's always clean and comfortable. It's wheelchair and walker-accessible. All seats seem to have unobstructed views. There is ample free parking and a concession stand for intermission snacking. The box office is open a good number of hours, so you can swing by to pick up tickets, being... More

The Center is in the midst of Skokie and has wonderful events. Parking next to building. Come spend the weekend with your family and you have everything

Pleasantly surprised. Theater is very well maintained, very well laid out. Intimate, but big enough for nice crowd. A nice find in Skokie.

I went to the North Shore Theatre for the Performing Arts yesterday for the first time. It is a modern theatre and offers free parking. I was in row eight, but when leaving I checked the view from the furthest row. There are no bad seats and the sound system is excellent. If you do not live near Skokie there... More

Saw Los Lonely Boys here last night. Small theatre that allows you to pick your seats when you buy tickets, though there are no bad sight lines. They have music, dance and comedy acts perform. Decent prices on the tickets as well as good prices on drinks. Overall a comfortable venue with good performers.

We've been to several plays and art shows here, and it's a good venue for both theater and nice open lobby space for art shows or events. They're attracting more and more quality shows over the years.

They have two theaters here, and can present in both without disturbing either one. Plays are contemporary and performers are current. During January, if you do like political satire and current events satire, THE CAPITOL STEPS perform. Prepare to laugh. "Lirty Dies" is a trademark of their show and is hysterical. Show is geared towards adults, but teens may like... More

This is a very cozy, well run venue. I have seen several productions here. On our last outing, to see Menopause, both my whiskey drink and my wife's red wine were spoiled. The whiskey, supposedly Jack Daniels, tasted like the leavings of several different whiskeys mixed up together. The wine was old and going to vinegar. The nice barkeep tried... More

Close and free parking just outside the theater building. Clean and well maintained facility. The ushers and ticket takers were very eager to help and answer questions. We sat in the balcony and were satisfied, looked like you couldn't get a bad seat because theater isn't that big, medium sized. Sound volume and clarity was excellent. We were there to... More

There isn't a bad seat in the house, literally. SIte lines are all good and no seat is too, too far away from the stage. Very good acoustics. Adequate parking. Clean bathrooms. Elevator to 2nd level. Handicap accessible. They book good quality entertainment and the ticket prices are a fraction of what you would pay in downtown Chicago for a... More
