TPC Deere Run is a Championship 18 hole golf course and host to the PGA TOUR's John Deere Classic. The course is nextled atop a bluff overlooking the Rock river and the property is steeped in history, from Indian tribes, coal mine operations, and Arabian horse breeding. The golf course is playable for level of expertise based on the 5 sets of tees. The golf course is spectacular and the service is exceptional.

A championship course for $100.00

This was a great find. The course was spectacular. The clubhouse staff were also great. Most importantly it is priced so it is affordable for your average, middle-class player.

I was driving through on my way to and from a business trip. Instead of flying, I drove with the express purpose of playing TPC Deere Run. I thought it was going to be a great track from watching the course on TV every year, but I didn't think it was going to be as good as it was. I... More

Golfingfoodie, Thank you very much. Watching the John Deere Classic on TV and experiencing the golf course in person can be quite different! Alex Stuedeman, Director of Golf Course Maintenance Operations, does a fantastic job with our golf course. He will be thrilled to know you enjoyed it. Thank you again and hope business brings you back out here soon! More

While on a business trip to John Deere, I took the opportunity to play this course on which the John Deere Classic Tournament is held every year. Since I flew, I decided to rent clubs at the course. I paid $50 for the rental which turned out to be new Callaway XR clubs in a staff bag. In addition they... More

We were there to watch the players champ. Sadly it was a very rainy day and play was suspended. However, the staff were really bright and friendly even though they were soaking wet. I have played this course before, many years ago and have to say it was in pristine condition albeit a little on the damp side. Athe rain... More

Had the opportunity to attend the ProAm event here last Wednesday while visiting relatives in Iowa. From walking in the gate, to the food concessions , and all the volunteers on the course, this was a great place to watch some real good golf. The people are very friendly and will go out of their way to help, or answer... More

The golf course is amazing. The golf course itself is in great shape and offers a nice challenge. Worth playing. Big city prices for the golf, food, and beverage. They appear to be losing focus on some of the details. The bathroom at the turn is in need of a remodel and was cared for terribly. I have been in... More

This is a regular for my daughter and son-in-law when they come to town. They enjoy the John Deere Classic every July and love to walk and play when they can.

He wanted to play the course after watching the John Deere tournament last weekend so we took the drive and checked it out. Clubhouse is great...there is a pro shop, dining and very... More

I have been here for both the John Deere Classic and to play. It's really easy to get to and really an enjoyable place to see the pro's play. Its really beautiful there. Trees, the Rock River along #16, just awesome. I have played it a few times as well. It's tough but not impossible. It is my favorite course... More
