THE VENUE IT OK - it is the parking prices and the cost of beverages/food inside. Tickets are expensive enough without the added cost.

Saw Bob Seger there. Sight line was great, even though we were on the second level. However, seats are extremely narrow and uncomortable. Will think twice about going to another concert there--and definitely not in colder weather when you're likely to have heavier clothing on.

They hold lots of concerts, circus and sporting events. Home to the Chicago Wolves. Plenty of parking @ $20.

I took my grandchildren and instead of waiting for the crowd to dwindle - the ushers made us leave our seats and forced us into the hall that was packed with people and they got crushed in the middle. This is a horrible way to exit a otherwise enjoyable show.

I took my boys to see a Toy story on ice show the people at the end of the hall stopped for some reason and we were all trapped for a long time. people were even beginning to fight. there was no apparent reason for this. if there was a fire we would have been in big trouble.

The seating is cramped and uncomfortable. If you're entertained by the event it's tolerable, if not it is agony.

This place is a barn...Nothing like United Center. Getting in and out was horrendous. Took forever, and had to pay $20.

If you compare this to the United Center and it is an armpit. The inside is okay but the bathrooms, dining options, general facilities are a dump. There is no natural light and everything is white cinderblock. I think that artists only come here because it is near the airport. Parking is also terrible as everything is congested at the... More

Just normal, like- you could be in any big city's strip mall, surrounded by highway and typical American-city construction and shops. Not much else unique to do in the area (Rosemont/O'Hare). If the venue is important to your experience look at some of the Chicago landmark event venues.

The sound was too bad for a concert venue and seeing a hockey game is pretty good there too. But the parking is overpriced and so is the food.
