Although the name has changed 3 times in the past 20 years, this remains one of the best places to catch a concert near the city. Since it is so much smaller than the United center, you get more of an up close personal concert here. The acoustics are very good and the ticket prices are reasonable. If you have... More

Venue was dated, but overall a pretty good view and experience. Picked up Pink tickets randomly and decided to make the best of the experience with a buddy. The drinks were good and certainly added to the experience.

Went to a hockey game at Allstate. Very family friendly. Had a problem with sight lines. We were in the lower bowl; row J and could barely see. Moved up four rows and it was much better.

After a sold out concert, the line for taxi services must have exceeded 250 people, with taxis coming one at a time. Horrible. Arena overall is really showing its age.

The venue really needs some updating. Saw the Wolves play, and was disappointed with the food selection and the confusing configuration to find my seat. I was surprised at how few people were in attendance and would have liked to have seen more from the announcer. Maybe a better atmosphere would draw in larger crowds?

I can say the Chicago Wolves has the BEST opening ceremony for any of the hockey games I have been to

This arena is extremely outdated, from the refreshments, to the seats, even the carpeting & stairs. Once you are seated there really is no easy way to move about and go purchase additional beverages. The seats are extremely cramped, worse than older airline seats.....

Concert was absolutely not worth having to go through the experience of parking at this dump. Have been waiting an hour to leave the lot and am nowhere near exiting. What a total cluster!

Nice place to take in an AHL game. Would recommend the lower seating bowl - reasonably priced seats with good sightlines. I could see how the concourses could get crammed for sold out events, but when we were there the attendance was not extremely heavy and all the facilities were adequate (no long waits or lines).
