I had my 10 year old son with me and we had floor seats towards the end of show some older gentleman who sat in first row were walking out with extreme rules chairs so the guy seen my son and gave him his chair and my son was so excited he thought that was the coolest thing so we... More

We visited during a AHL Calder Cup game. The venue itself is newer and clean. Parking was expensive at $13. The rest rooms were clean and conveniently located. The concessions were decent. The seating is horrible for hockey. The seats are far away from the glass and worse yet the plane of the seating is so low your vision is... More

It is what it is -- nothing special to rave about, but nothing to complain about. Decent venue with lots of crabby workers, except ONE usher who was awesome! The older ladies manning the front row seats need to retire. The concessions seemed to offer some interesting fare, but at arena venue prices. We had just eaten at Lou Malnati's,... More

An amazing family friendly venue. Easy in and out, convenient and affordable parking. Once inside, it's very easy to navigate. Concessions and bathrooms in convenient locations were much appreciated by my kids! Highly recommend.

My family went to see Frozen on Ice. The location is easy to get to (right off the highway). Parking was easy to find and the staff well orchestrated the event. We were in the last row at the top, which had its perks of not having to climb over anyone to use the restroom. Concessions were priced as typical... More

Good time at the Fleetwood Mac show! Nice venue. Close to O'Hare. Very convenient. Like a smaller venue for things.

Alas, so many good concerts here, like Elton John and Santana, but the place is just so ICK. The bathrooms are always filthy. The floors (at least upstairs) are always sticky. Don't get me started on the parking, which is crazy expensive and they pile you in (so don't think of leaving early). Then, because no one can leave at... More

The Allstate arena is a average place to go to see a sporting event. Seats are fine and you are close to the event. Going for a concert, it is bad. Been there for several concerts and for the money you spend on the tickets you are far better at a smaller setting that is built for music. Many years... More

I liked the way that even in the "nosebleeds" you felt closer to the stage than in some venues. The only problem is the seats are extremely narrow and if you have wider hips can be kind of uncomfortable.
