This place was horrible! The water park was so so, especially with a random male, not an employee, was wandering in the womens changing area. The Arcade was a waste. About half of the games were out of order. The room at Clock Tower was old and looked like multiple wall hangings were removed or stolen and the holes were... More

I wish I could give this place a negative rating that's how bad it is. My family has been going to coco keys since it first opened and it has gone down so bad, we will never step foot in there again! They have NO tubes for the lazy river or the waterslides. The food area is now closed so... More

If you're looking for a cool water park indoors for all ages like Wisconsin dells do not go to coco keys. It is a watermark for mainly children under 13. Food is decently priced and okay tasting. The hotel the park is in is okay its clean but the staff is rude. 6/10

The hotel was old and needed some renovations the towels were yellow and we did not have enough towels in our room. When we called hotel housekeeping they never answered it took at least 3 hours to get in contact with a staff member to get a towel the pull out bed had no pillows nor a fitted sheet! For... More

When Coco Keys first opened, it was a nice, fun, clean place to spend a day with the family. I have no idea what happened since then, but it is absolutely gross, now. My family arrived 45 minutes after Coco Keys opened, and the place was filthy! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Various trash scattered around the... More

Went with my 4 and 2 years old. Hotel room was clean, people very nice. Free breakfast included. Water park more than enough for my kids. Game room a little bit cold so we put longer sleeves on. Had a nice dinner at Tiltet Kilt. Overall no complaints. For sure smaller than Wisconsin Dells Park but closer to us. Recommended!

I went with my 18mo and my 6mo, my toddler had a blast! However, she doesn't know the intense frustration I endured. I had to call the front desk six times to make a reservation. They never even answered to put me on hold, it just rang for minutes on end. We ended up just showing up and checking in... More

old and out date. Dirty, nasty, mold in the shower, my toilet did not flush, I was told to hold the handle until it went down. Floors nasty, pool area hot. I was told the the a/c had broke earlier that day. Staff at front desk unprofessional. Then to top it all off I was stuck in the elevator and... More
