The location is great, and since it's free with zoo admission why not right?! Unfortunately we were there in basically drought conditions so alot of everything was dried and dead. It's not anybody's fault, just the way weather works. We could tell that when things are green and growing that it would be an amazing place to spend an hour... More

Foreign visitors marveled at the variety of plants in trees in the garden. Less than an hour to tour this enchanted garden!

We suggest going as part of your zoo admission; you can visit for free the same day as your zoo pass i.e. your zoo admission also gets you into Luthy Botanical Garden. There just isn't a lot to see, especially if you go in a time when little is in bloom. There is a small crowded gift shop and a... More

My son and his friends came here for pictures before Prom. There were only 3 couples, plus parents. When we arrived, we were told that they needed a reservation and almost didn't let us in. We all paid our admission fee, so I'm not sure what the problem was. They definitely got more business than they would have otherwise! It... More

This garden has mostly shrubs and trees and it has well organized paths. When we visited on the weekend of July 4th, there was very little color. Not many flowers and mostly greenery. There was a wedding at the time which prevented us from seeing about a third of the garden. It is a calm place, but it is very... More

I drove up and was so excited to visit the gardens, but upon arriving there was no one to help me or a way to figure how to get into the garden so I turned around and left. So this garden was a no go.

Very nice! I see why couples get married here. It is small but so beautiful. Awesome photo opportunity. Oh...watch for the chipmunks. So cute! Make sure to visit the zoo next to the garden.
