The DuPage Children's Museum is fun for all. Lots of different activities to keep them busy for hours. There's even a cafe on site. It's close to downtown Naperville so you can go to the Riverwalk or even Centennial Beach in the summer.

My kids love it here, on weekends this place is packed. There is food here, not to badly priced. Parking can be a challenge if it is real busy. Great place to keep the kids occupied.

After having a horrible stroller experience at the Field Museum, I took my kids here and what a difference! A better class of employees and more accommodations for strollers! The kids had a ball!

This museum is nice-- my 3 year old enjoyed herself. Lots of hands-on physics: vacuum tubes, pendulums. They have fun craft stations.

Went here with my 5 and 8 year old sons. They had a great time "playing" with (learning about) water, air, electricity, building, light and much more. We went with their teenage cousins who played as much as the kids! Much better than the Children's Museum in Madison, Wi!

Took my almost one year old granddaughter to the museum and we both loved it. Even at her young age there was so much to engage and entertain her. Can't wait to go back!

A wonderful place to spend around three hours with children (in our party aged three to seven). They are able to explore from ancient history to modern physics through hands-on exhibits (including a woodwork room, and compulsory water play area). I agree with the earlier reviewer that this is better than the Navy Pier example, but probably not up to... More

A real gem in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. It has won several awards and it shows. The people who work there are very dedicated and love children. Learning is always in the forefront while having fun or fascinating and exciting experiences. The children learn while engaged in the hundreds of experiences provided in all of the basic learning areas... More

This is a very good place for young children. Our grandkids love it. Can be a little pricey but it's worth to spend an hour or two. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A good way to spend an afternoon but try to avoid the museum on the weekends.

This is a great little museum, and one we like far better than the children's museum on Navy Pier. The exhibits are very interactive, and fantasic for younger children (I would guess that ages 3-7 are perfect). The water exhibits are particularly great, as are the exhibits involving wind (including a miniature wind tunnel that kids can actually go in)
