The Naperville Riverwalk is a real hidden treasure. While it has gained much more attention in the last few years, there remains a quiet and serene quality to its environment, and it is generally not very congested with foot traffic. Great place to take some pictures!

The Riverwalk is a great place for walking your dog, strolling with the family and running. From. Hillside to Jefferson, it's under 2 miles, however, if you cross the bridge and Jefferson, it continues for miles.

We went to take a walk and was really nice lanscapes! We really enjoyed our time there. Seeing the duckies in the water was very relaxing.

Maybe it was just the section that we walked, and maybe we're just extremely timid folks, but the sidewalks seemed to be fairly narrow considering the 3 foot drop off into the river. I joked that if I fell in I might have to swim to the next sandbar to get out. It is beautiful though. And I think if... More

Locals and visitors enjoy this beautiful spot right in downtown Naperville. This area is constantly being improved. Statues, fountains and natural beauty make for a pleasant walk. The area is well lit at night and very inviting. Young and old alike will enjoy visiting the Rivewalk.

I visit Naperville every couple of years and make sure I save some time to walk along the river. It is delightful and well maintained and each time I see something that I missed or something new. I hope the folks who live in Naperville appreciate what a treasure this is to have in your backyard.

This is a major highlight of the community. The city has improved the River Walk every year. We've been coming here for over 25 years and we've always been impressed with how well maintained and enjoyable the walk is.

The riverwalk area is okay, there is a variety of restaurants to choose from. We had to park some distance away in a parking garage and walk a lot. But that way you can browse shops too. It was very crowded, I guess because it was a weekend.
