Look to the sky as you approach the downtown area of Naperville. If you are lucky enough to be present for concerts, grab a blanket or chair and enjoy on the hill . As you traverse the famed Riverwalk you can hear the music. Special occasion concerts as well as guest carilloneurs during different seasons of the year.

This was built (with a lot of $) for the bells inside the Carillon to be played and enjoyed for everyone. If you know nothing about music or don't like bell music, you will not enjoy this. However, if you are interested in music, you should check the Naperville website to see when the bells will be played to coincide... More

while enjoying the Riverwalk along DuPage River which meanders through Napperville Downtown I was thrilled to hear the Millennium Carillon being played. Families were sitting on the green green grass or playing with their children. Others like myself continued to walk and experience the music as a wonderful backdrop. This was my first experience of hearing a Carrilon.

We stopped to look at this attraction when we were on the River Walk. The building was closed for tours when we stopped on a Monday afternoon so we didn't get to do that. We did walk around the grounds and they are beautiful. The bells played for little while when we were walking about and they sounded delightful.

Great architecture and a superb Carillion bell performance every day. Lovely location on top of a small hill. Best appreciated in early fall in the mornings or late afternoon. Very peaceful.

This is a beautiful way to see the whole town from up above. I like how you can walk around and see the river on the back side of it. I was confused where to buy tickets. If you go for the first time, lesson learned. When driving in go to the right to buy tickets first.

Beautiful setting in a beautiful town! If you have some time to spare, just take a walk around the Carrillon. You won't be disappointed!
