My wife and I went here during our stay in the "Quad Cities". The area was just a nice area in general. Very little traffic, everything was clean, people are friendly, great river,... The John Deere museum was an awesome FREE stop. Being a guy, I really enjoyed looking at the old, restored equipment as well as the brand new... More

I'n not a farmer, but the sheer size of these 'beasts' is impressive. When you learn about how much it costs to buy one of these 'seeder' or 'combine' units, you realize how much we owe to modern day machinery and the food that we eat. recommended.

We were in the qud cities just on a get-a-way and ran into the John Deere Pavilion. We just wondered around and took pictures by the tractors and made a fun day out of it. I have never been so close and didn't know how huge this equipment was but we had a blast just posing in front of the... More

This was a stop on our trip that we thought was just for my husband, but it proved to be interesting for all of us. My 11 and 14 year old daughters had their arms crossed and bored look on their faces as we entered the Pavillion and an hour and a half later they didn't want to leave. They... More

This is a rather small museum but nicely laid out and very interesting. To see some of the historic machines plus some modern ones was very interesting to this, non-farm boy.

We stopped here first...in our tour of all John Deere in Moline, Illinois. The lady who greeted us was wonderful and so very informative of how to get to all the John Deere sights. The building is well maintained and interactive. Everything for parents and kids. My kids really like the virtual video games.

We took our son here over 20 years ago. Now we visited with him and his 14-month son. It's a fantastic place to spend an afternoon! You can learn about John Deere from the very beginning and also see the newest equipment. There are interactive exhibits suitable for kids and adults and information about all aspects of the company. Our... More

This was a decent display of some John Deere equipment but is farm from being a John Deere Museum. There is no admission. There are some hands on activities for the kids. I was disappointed in the gift shop as I was expecting more exclusive items. We had just come from the Harvester factory and its gift shop had some... More
