My wife, 7 year old son and 1 year old son all visited the John Deere Pavilion (in downtown Moline, IL) and World HQ (about 5 miles outside town) over the Labor Day weekend 2014. It is an easy 10 minute drive from one to the other. We did the Pavilion first. Admission is free at both venues, and you... More

There is something for all ages to enjoy and whether you know a lot or a little about farming and John Deere, you can learn interesting facts and ideas with interactive displays. Kids and adults all enjoy seeing the huge machines where you can be the "driver". Well worth a stop and it is free! My grandchldren want to visit... More

Great for kids. Our kids loved crawling up in the tractors and we're crying when it was time to go. Gift shop is good too. Toys and all sorts of things to buy. We will be going again when we go through the next time!

This FREE pavilion is really well done. When you walk in, there are huge farm machinery everywhere. Most of these are open and available for people to sit in. One of the top draws is a huge, half million dollar combine machine. There are also interactive screens where you can sit and operate backhoes and other machines and get a... More

We have visitors that come to the QC area for meetings, etc. and they always want to stay in the downtown area of Moline so that they can visit the John Deere Pavilion. They always wish they had more time to spend there. Everyone loves to see the equipment displayed inside and out, and the interactive displays. If you are... More

We take our kids here every year. They like climbing on to some equipment and playing with the interactive toys and games. It's free so definitely worth giving it a chance.

The John Deere Pavilion is very interesting and lots of fun. Located in historic downtown Moline, it's in a very large, attractive, modern, vintage-style building. Inside, there are examples of many kinds of John Deere machinery, ranging from lawn tractors to full-size tractors to a combine. The combine is HUGE - yours for "only" $500K+. Visitors are able to sit... More

This is something for everyone in your family at the John Deere Pavilion. The simulators are a great challenge to see what it is like to operate equipment.

This was a wonderful place to stop and do some learning and exploring. Our kids, aged 2, 3, and 7, as well as ourselves, all enjoyed the Pavilion. All of the combines, tractors, etc are climable and there are tractor simulators. Information is piled onto the walls and in great displays throughout. A friendly guide greeted us and shared the...
