All the employees at the casino, hotel, and restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The casino is currently a very short walk from the hotel. They are building a new larger casino attached to the hotel. The hotel rooms were AWESOME for the very reasonable price of $40 (that's including tax and fees). The rooms made the trip worth it.... Have to get used to the smell when you enter as the building sits on the river, but I adjusted to it pretty quickly and it wasnt an issue. Dealers were pretty fun and the blackjack was a fun time. They are building a new casino on land so the smell issue wont be an issue if that is a... More

It was an experience, we have been to many casinoes, we just didn't do to well at this one. Plus the hotel and the casino are very far apart, we entered the hotel looking for the casino and they took us by golf cart to the casino. It wouldn't be a good deal for elderly people that stay at the... More

This my first totally negative review. Unfortunately I can't think of one nice thing to say about this place. Outside it smelled bad and the inside of the casinos literally stank. It looked dirty and well, just plain seedy. I put a dollar in a machine...and the machine was broken. We have been in several Harrah's so we were stunned... More

I never would have expected the wonderful surroundings if I have not experienced them for myself. Make it a date on your next trip in this area of the country, you will not be disappointed.

Good: This is the closest casino to Nashville and it was great that it was a Harrah's - gimme my comps!; many areas are non-smoking, so it felt healthier than other smoke-filled casinos; there is a wide variety of games, many penny slots; waitresses were constantly coming around offering drinks. Bad: People are losing A LOT here. I've never seen... More
