I always plan a trip to Gurnee every holiday as it's a nice mall with all the right shops and discount prices. Some malls have all the right shops but no discounts, Gurnee has it all. It's about the right size too. Of course it has the added bonus of a Bass Pro! Having been to the Mall of America... More

We stayed near O'Hare Airport (Chicago) and decided shop at Gurnee Mills mall, which is just 50 km north. It is a very good mall to shop. There lots of bargain on clothing and shoes. There variety of good stores, food court on both ends. You must plan before you start shopping. Find the store map first and decide where... More

Gurnee Mills is making some changes in a good way. The Macy's is set to open this summer and that area of the mall is getting a facelift. New stores have been coming, even though some stores have closed or moved. Looking forward to these changes improving the mall. We still enjoy this mall either way, visiting it once or... More

I recomend that if you have lots of shopping to do(School clothing, Holidays or just plan to shop the whole mall)... Park between "Saks Off 5th" and "Bass Pro Shop"(AKA-"Entry F"). Here's where I'm about to confuse you because I'm going to ask you to walk a great distance outside(you will Sooo thank me later!) Walk across the parking lot(quickly... More

You can try to walk it all but it will take you hours. There is an ice skating rink and an arcade inside the mall close by burlington. The cinema is actually outside the mall so you would need to drive there. Do consider parking near the stores you will be shopping by. It's close to 1-2 miles long and... More

As a local’s opinion, this mall is overrated. If you’re from out of town and are looking to spend a few hours or even a day here, it’s an entertaining place to go to. The mall itself is located in the middle of Gurnee, off of Grand Avenue and seconds from I94. There are very nice restaurant options surrounding the... More

Great bargains to be found here. We were in Chicago on a shopping/bus trip and this was our last stop! They could have made this our first and second stop...we had 3 hours here and we didnt' see all the mall...we shopped like crazy women here. I found tons of bargains...want to go back!!

Researched this mall on the internet, apparently the largest outlet mall in Illinois. Staying in Chicago we thought the drive would be longer but we found ourselves on site within twenty minutes. What a place. First stop Khol's, plenty of excellent bargains. Would have stayed longer but time was against us so grabbed some excellent priced t-shirts for my kids... More

Gurnee Mills has plenty of stores for all different tastes. It has a couple of food courts and some restauraunts. Not completely sure it qualifies as an outlet mall. There have been a lot of regular stores added into the mall lately. It's a long walk around the whole mall. They have an ice rink in it also. Make sure... More
