When we arrived, the metal detectors were not working properly. Had to remove a lot before they would let us through. Children went on one ride. My husband was by the bathroom and lit up a cigarette. He did not realize the smoking policy. He was grabbed roughly by a security guard and told he was being ejected without refund.... more

A very clean amusement park, fun for the whole family. There is even a waterpark that is included with your admission price, if you visit memorial day through labor day. more

I returned to Six Flags Great America this year for the first time since 2005. Upon entering the park, I noticed a very disappointing change immediately. The traditional theme music that was played in the different sections of the park, unique to each area such as Carousel Plaza, Southwest Territory, Orleans Place, etc. has been removed and they now play... more

We went to six flags around later august. It was very fun on the theme park, and the water parker is smaller than the WI DELLS, but it is pretty nice. It saves lots of time by using flash pass because there are tons of people there. Buy the the flash pass if you want to save some time. more

I bought a season pass since I live in the nearby area & I must admit it's worth every penny! Myself & my 2 yr old have gone at least a dozen times. I have found that it's the least crowded during the weekdays in the summer. I've gone on the weekends in September & it wasn't bad at all.... more

For the cheapest tickets- Send a the text "bull" to 35247. You will get coupon codes all day. The best one is $25 for the Papa John's pizza deal. (Usually $40). You get a pizza, a salad, breadsticks and two refillable cups. Not bad for Six Flags. And the free soda takes the bite out of the $1 lockers near... more

Went to the park on 8/26/2009 with my husband and children ages 6 & 4. Paid $15.00 to park and $144 for tickets w/ a coupon. They had a sign at the entrance window that said there was one ride closed (an adult ride) no big deal. When we got inside we discovered that a majority of the childrens rides... more
