Having skied all over the Midwest, Chestnut is the best you can find. Having also skied Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and California, it's preeetty tiny. It's actually pretty good skiing for the midwest. As an advanced skier with not so advanced friends, I can have a good time on this mountain. And that's not true of a lot of places within spitting distance of Chicago. More
