The biggest drawback of the Go Chicago card is having to go to the Palmer House hotel everyday to get your tour tickets. The Gray Line office is in the gift shop and the people manning it are very inefficient. However the North side Tour, South side Tour and Hop on Hop off were wonderful and highly recommended. It is... More

Don't waste your time and money with Gray Line tours downtown Chicago. We waited and waited and waited and waited (get my point) buses never showed up as promised by the kiosk personnel. We waited at the Sears tower for 40 minutes and a bus never showed up even though the kiosk lady said it was on its way. Ended... More

This tour was $25. We did a full loop which took approx. 2 hours. The tour guide was just okay. She pointed out different buildings but provided very little history about each of the buildings. I expected more from a tour company such as Gray Line Tours.

We choose he Gray Line vs the Red Bus. This was an abrupt decision as we had originally wanted the other bus tour. Their line was long and slow and the Gray Line guy was available. Gray Line is the cheaper option of the two at 25 bucks a person. Red Line employees will tell you they only have one... More

They tell you 25 minutes....dont believe it. Every other company bus comes by twice and you're still waiting. 45 minutes and counting at the Hancock Center.

I've always used Gray Line in other cities and as soon as I saw their stand in Chicago I went for them rather than even checking cost/route etc of the competition. I now wish I'd gone with the competition. Photo copied tour guide with no map was unclear. The first guide was okay but kept going on about that whilst... More

Manny made the tour awesome and fun. He gave us the history of the city, interesting tidbits about the sites and even people along the route that caught his eye. He remembered everyone and the cities they were from. I'd recommend getting Manny as your guide. Oh and the Grey Line was every bit as good as the Red Line... More

We bought the Go Chicago card and it included a Gray Line tour and the hop-on-hop-off bus. North Side Tour is led by Paul and he gave a good and personal tour. Many sites of the downtown are included -- the loop, Daley Plaza, Magnificent Mile. We drive north on Lake Shore Drive all the while Paul is sharing his... More

With just a day in the city, the double decker bus was a great way to see the sights. Manny did a great job sharing the history of the city with us. He even dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the tour. Beautiful sunny day in Chicago. Can't wait to bring our kids back to see... More

We were a private tour picked up in Joliet. Since we started our tour at 8 am, we hit a bit of rush hour traffic. It was great to see our tour guide Paul and driver Michelle quickly discuss the situation and re work the tour so we could hop off the highway and get started rather than loose valuable... More
