I went to the spa on my last day downtown to have their 55 minute traditional massage. I was pleasantly greeted and shown the lockers and after I came out my masseuse was ready for me. She offered me some water and then a choice of scented oils. She then asked about my history of massages and any problem areas.... More

Having had spa treatments in hotels and spas all over the world including other Four Season properties, I came away very unimpressed by my $160, 55 min massage. The therapist was very nice, but overall, the whole experience was lacking the the little touches that I equate with Four Seasons.

My massage by Maggie was the best I've ever had and I get massages about every 3 weeks. The pool/ hot tub is shared by all the guest that are staying at the hotel and therefore is kid friendly. So if you are going to enjoy a quite day at the heated pool this is not the spa for you.... More

Great spa. 2 saunas. 1 steam and one dry sauna. Top refreshments. Sitting in the whirlpool and looking at skyline of Chicago. We got great service with candles, water, champagne . It was a truly relaxing evening

I had the most amazing massage at gee Four Seasons late in. October. I was jet lagged and the 80 minute signature massage was the best I've ever experienced, and I am a regular at these sorts of places! Karen was my masseuse and she was amazing! I would highly recommend a visit but leave lots of extra time to... More

My wife and I consisted the spa on Columbus Day after the Chicago Marathon. The spa staff was extremely pleasant and showed great customer service skills. We were two of the four people in the pool area for an hour pre-massage and the atmosphere was relaxing. That all ended when I went in to shower before my treatment and the... More

My wedding was at the Four Seasons Chicago and I thought going to the spa would be a perfect way to relax and enjoy every moment of the weekend. Lisette and Beatrix were lovey and helpful when I went to them for a mani/pedi the day before my wedding. I was feeling overwhelmed and in my desire to have everything... More

All the ladies here are amazing! I didn't get everyone's name, but they were incredibly helpful organizing my service and giving me a tour of the facility. While I only had time for a pedicure, it was just lovely. **Thank you, Lisette!** As a guest from the hotel I took full advantage of the dry sauna - what a dream!

I was very underwhelmed with my manicure and foot massage. I've had better at half the price I paid. Too chatty and my nails look horrible, and this is seriously the only spa I've been too that did not offer a glass of champagne to me. Just disappointed overall.

This hotel was perfect!! Beautiful, great location, friendly staff and great food!! They offer ice cream man to come to your hotel room! Was so cute but quite pricey!! It was not made clear to us that it cost $15 per scoop! We thought it was $15 per child. We asked the "ice cream man" if it was ok if... More

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighborhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
