I stopped here after dinner on a weekend for a couple drinks - what fun. Love the ambiance. Everyone in there - staff and clientele alike - were extremely friendly. Drinks were generously poured and well made. And then there's the music - nothing like live jazz. Can't wait to go back.

We bought tickets to the Gospel Brunch not knowing quite what to expect. It was fantastic and we would recommended it highly to others! The HoB is always a cool venue. The brunch was delicious and plentiful. And the show was amazing!!

Walked by the House of Blues and was treated by the aroma of BBQ in the air. This place is Absolutely Fantastic, the music was Awesome, the beer was cold and the food was second to none. Listened to a blues band and Everybody in the place was tapping their feet. A # 1 in Chicago !

We went to the Sunday Gospel Brunch. This is an interesting venue - lots to look at while waiting for the seating area to open. A GREAT live show and an interesting (and ample!) variety of food. Very friendly staff make sure everyone is having a good time.

Spent 4 days exploring all the sights in Chicago with my 11 and 14 year old. At the end of the trip when I asked them what their favorite place was, they both had House of Blues in their top 3. Great food, service, atmosphere and loved that we could have an earlier dinner (6:30) and still see live music.... More

Took my wife and teenager here on a Friday evening. The teen ate and said the food was good. We stayed at the hotel right next door and the teen went back to the room at 9. We stayed until 12 and had a blast!! The music was great and very entertaining!! The wife and several other girls got called... More

We went there on Sunday morning for there gospel brunch. We had to pick our tickets up from will call, which I do not recommend because the line was so long and there was only one attendant. Just print them at home yourself. The brunch itself was really good and plentiful. I personally enjoyed the omelet station and the chicken... More

I give credit to the interior designers of this club. The furnishings were great, but the layout of this converted Vaudeville-like theater with it's many floors, half-floors, and balconies can be very confusing. You'll need to watch your step because you could easily trip on step-ups. But, still, it is an very interesting looking club. The staff on the night... More

It was Easter Sunday and we could not believe it was openned for dinner. The food was fenomenal, but the band that was playing was remarcable. During breaks the singer would come to our table and engage in a conversation that teally made us feel like home. I will for sure visit it everytime I go back to Chicago.

Was looking for some Blues whilst in Chicago, went here and was disappointed. Some karaoke was going on before a band came on. Band were really good, played Stax and Soul all night. Would have understood if I was in Memphis. Venue is awesome, great decor. Good choice of merchandise. Reasonably priced.
