This was a great place to stop for a drink and also if you pop in around dinner time, stay to eat dinner and most times there is early entertainment for free!

Went to the House of Blues with some college friends. We were invited to the Foundation Room and enjoyed a more intimate environment with a mixed crowd. The music was great. The dj was wonderful and we met some really great people.

Great venue, but wish I would have known there was only seating available for an additional charge. Sound and visual aspects were great! You can order food, but only if you're in the restaurant. There's a limited menu of bar food available in the venue. That was a bummer! Now I know for next time! Heard the gospel brunch is... More

We attended a teenage variety band performance on a Sunday afternoon. We sat at a table and waited over 10 minutes for a server when none came one of our group went to the bar and got drinks. We were then told that to sit at the table we had to put up $50.00. They would not count the drinks... More

We went to hear some blues and decided to have dinner too. We weren't disappointed by either. The food was surprisingly good. And the music was amazing on the night we were there. Chicago is famous for Blues and this place is centrally located and it was within walking distance to out hotel. There's a fee to get in but... More

We went for the Gospel Brunch. The food was excellent and it was kind of fun, but this really is an expensive tourist trap. There are two seatings: 10am and 12:00. We didn't know this and arrived at 10:30 but they let us be seating anyway. This was kind of good as we got seats on the second level so... More

I was on business in Chicago and had the listen to the Blues in person! This place was a ton of fun, went with co-workers and wife. There was a solo artist playing that was awesome but the a four piece band fronted by a woman came out and tore the roof off the place! Entertainment was fantastic and so... More
