We went around 2pm on July 4th for some afternoon cocktails and had to wait in line for about ten minutes before we were seated, but it was well worth it. The cocktails were very tasty and extremely strong (which made the higher prices more worth it - about $15/cocktail). The 360 views were AMAZING, from the views of the... More

If you want to grab a drink and enjoy a great city view from up top, this is a great social activity. Even if you purchase just one drink, it's cheaper than paying for the ride up for just the view. If you go really early, there isn't really a line, and you can specifically ask to sit by the... More

This restaurant discriminates against men. Would not allow my partner to be seated since he was wearing open toed sandals. When asked if this was on their website policy was told that it was. Pulled up the website which had nothing stated against men wearing sandals the manager Arif said that the website would need to be updated but we... More

We came to the Signature Lounge at 10 pm for the view. The service was average but a little on the slow side. The decor was old and outdated. We ordered dessert and decaf coffee. The desserts were mediocre and the coffee was not good. The views made up for everything else. I would recommend going and ordering drinks and... More

Here is what it boils down to: Expensive drinks with a breathtaking view. The drinks are not made well. The decor is outdated. The reason you go here is because you can see an iconic skyline from 96 stories up. There is nothing like it. Other item to note: It's crowded. If you happen to get a table along the... More

Please understand I went there for the view and it was spectacular (even from the ugly ladies toilet) unique view.....love Chicago !!! worth the visit.....but I was expecting the top of the legendary Hancock to be a little more classy ambiance.....the decor is tired....tables and chairs very old , service was slow and attentive, food mediocre.....lot's of kids (Thursday at... Signature lounge is one of my favorite places but quality of service has come down. The restrooms are awful and very crowded(I understand the view from here). They should do something about the crowd management otherwise it's not a place where you can enjoy a beautiful evening.

I visited Chicago with my mom in November 2014. We wanted to find a great spot to see a lot of the city and enjoy a couple of cocktails. The Signature Lounge was the perfect spot. We arrived a bit early (a must!) and, despite the line, the waitstaff quickly found us a spot by the windows. We enjoyed a... More

The lounge is on the 96th floor of the Hancock Center and is higher than the observation deck. Unlike the observation deck, the Lounge is free to get too, so my wife and I enjoyed local craft beer overlooking the city for less than it would have cost to go to the observation deck. I highly recommend enjoying a drink... More

If you want to see chicagos view at the top, I recommend to visit the 95th floor Signature Lounge. Warm place, excellent service and good drinks...I tested Moscow Mule served in the original Russian cup...we saw the sunset. Excellente place! Not too expensive to the experiencie

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighborhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
