Interesting views even on a rainy day. Seems to be luck of arrival whether you get a seat in the window, but there are open spaces to go take a look even if you don't get a seat right at the edge. Great views from the women's bathroom. Drinks are pricey but consider it partly admission! Chai-tini was excellent. More

Definitely worth stopping by, particularly right before sunset so you can see the city by day and then lit up at night.
