We had good service....nothing incredible. I had a spicy margarita which was fantastic but it was about $15. However we spent almost what we would have here and got to see pretty views and get a drink compared to spending more had we gone to the Willis Tower. If we had time or go again in the future I might... More

We went for a cocktail at the Signature Lounge as we thought it would be more of an experience than the observation deck. Wrong! We waited in line for around 20 minutes before getting in the lift which wasn't too bad and then waited in line upstairs to be directed to seats at the bar as there were no seats... More

OK, the service was AWFUL (maybe it was just one waiter, but he was just MEAN) and the drinks (we had mojitos and beers) were average or below average. But, still 4 stars are deserved for its great view. Having a drink looking at the night skyline of Chicago is just worth visiting everytime.

My wife and I had bod night to dine on our own in Chicago - her coworkers recommended the Signature Room. What a great idea! The view and food were equally awesome - I had a duck dish that was moist and not greasy while my wife had lamb chops which she also enjoyed. The servers were helpful, prompt but... More

We went in time to see the transition from daylight to dark. Wonderful views. Ironically, the location of the restrooms are on one of the prettiest sides and worth a visit! Service was good. Everyone very pleasant.

Although we were in line for about 25 mins it was so worth it on a Saturday night there was no cover charge and we were lucky to get a window seat with fabulous views, you can walk around to see the different views We had wine which for America was not overpriced considering you are 96 floors up The staff... What a view! Best in the U.S. You can see from O'hare to Midway, and everything in between. A unique perspective of Chicago. High prices with no cover charge is a must do when in the Windy City.

The line for the Sears Tower was too long so my friend suggested heading to the Hancock for a drink. There was a lot of waiting in line even though we showed up when they opened (at least we thought we did) but the views were worth it. I was a little disappointed we were seated on the side of... Me and my husband had our late lunch here and I'm surprise it wasn't that crowded. We were still able to pick our table by the window with a stunning view. Our server was nice and attentive. We order the mini burger, steak sandwich and creme brûlée The mini burger was tasty a little bit spicy but it was ok.... More

Instead of the regular payment trip to the observatory, do this option for free. Simply take the elevator to the Signature Lounge for free. At 7pm the lounge was full, it did not matter, we simply walked around and enjoyed the wonderful views without even having a drink, there is no pressure. Incidentally, the views from the Ladies loo are... More
