Great Customer Service

I always stop into the Tod's boutique whenever I am in town to pick up a new pair. The customer service is outstanding, but the selection is so so. Definitely needs improvement.

I often visit their store on Madison Avenue when I am in NYC, so I was excited when I heard there was a Tods store in Chicago. I was disappointed in their selection in men's. Needed more variety. Customer service was excellent though.

Tods in Chicago is staffed with personable and highly professional team of sales reps who don't push. They want you to be happy and be in the driver's seat. The shoes are stylish for both men and women, made from quality leather, colorful and stylish. The only issue is that the merchandise can only be returned for store credit but... More

TOD's shoes are soooooooooooooooooo stylish and sexy, soooooooooooooooo comfortable (from the moment you try them on they slip on like you've owned them for years), so worth the value and the service staff (I was assisted by a woman from New Hampshire originally who was a joy to be around.) that is personable, knowledgeable, trendy and accommodating.

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighborhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
