Whoever designed these dolls must have put a lot of thought into it. I was amaze when I entered the store. These dolls comes in various skin tones, different amount of freckles, different hair and eye colour to reflect each child individuality. There's also a doll in a wheelchair so a child with disability would not feel neglected. There's a... More

We had heard about this store but until you see it, it's hard to believe! It is a girl's dream! We could've spent hours in here, just looking around. We actually didn't but much because it's expensive and my daughter didn't really need anything. She wanted a lot of stuff, but we had to just enjoy looking. The little scenes... More

We are here and our son tagged along Terrance made him feel right at home among all these girls and dolls! He is a delight our daughter accidentally spilled her water he was so nice and helped dry her doll and then even made us all giggle when he talked like he was her! Totally at ease! Best experience ever!!!!!

The two-story store is like a museum, you can see various historical dolls in glass exhibits. It also offered events such as book reading programs. Unfortunately, for such a big store, this place does not offer numerous sale products. We went there a few days ago where it only offered two discounted items: Casual Chic Outfit kit from $34 has... for kiddos this place is spectacula. Plenty of dolls and boutique type places. WE didn't go to lunch like last year however the food was super last year as I assume it has never changed. I like access to Macys and other stores. There is a littel bakery before the AG restaurant as well.

Took the grand-daughters and had a nice time SHOPPING! Well set up and visually appealing, but very pricey! Considering the parking alone was $30.00, it really was kinda painful in the wallet! Love the dolls and love the books!

While on a recent trip to Chicago we stopped in at the American Girl Place with my 10 year old granddaughter. She had a great time looking at all the dolls, accessories, books and other items. Little tableaux were done to illustrate the era of a particular doll and her story- very eye catching. Although the dolls and accessories are... More
