The staff was very accommodating even when our preferred trip was not available. We ended up being the only guests on our Segway tour. Our guide, Crystal, did a wonderful job. She was insightful, fun, patient and kind. She was very knowledgable and didn't just recite information. She really gave us a great overview of the many landmarks in the... More

8 of us went on the sunset segway tour last night. Jack was our tour guide and did a GREAT job! I've been on segway tours before and they're basically just the ride. Jack did a great job of pointing out attractions as well as the history behind them. He was very upbeat and friendly as well - lots of... More

Loved the Segway tour with Crystal; she is kind nice and very helpful. Tour took two and a half hours, Lake Michigan is the highlight of the tour. Enjoy it!!

Fortunately we came prepared as our reservations for the Lakefront Segway Tour ended to be on a day after a bad rain storm and was still windy, cold and misty. It turned out that my friend and I were the only ones on the tour with Vincent, our excellent guide. Even though my friend and I have taken many Segway... More

Just one day to see Chicago. What to do? I choose a BikeandRollChicago biketour and I can tell you: it was a wonderfull experience! We cycled along the lake, up north. Learned about American history, relaxed in the Zoo at Lincoln Park. Our guide, Joe, was friendly, patient and he gave us many backgrounds. Are you gisting Chicago in Springtime?... More

It was my first Segway experince but Vincent from BikeAndRollChicago explaind the function perfcet. We had a lot of fun while Vincent took care for your safety through the trafic. I leared a lot about the city of Chicago, Al Capone, some (old) Musicians and politics. If you ever see Chicago make such a Segway tour.

I'm a Chicagoan, and this is a great way to see the city! You cover a lot of ground, and get to see parts of Chicago you might not know about. Excellent vantage points. Our guide, Vincent, was friendly, helpful and fun; we had a slight incident with one of the kids, and he was right there, making sure everyone... More

While my boyfriend was at the Ryder Cup, I decided to spend the day getting some exercise and seeing the sights. I rented a bike at the Navy Pier location and rode the Lakefront trail. The sites were not only beautiful but relaxing as well. Although I loved the ride, the customer service at Bike and Roll needs improvement. The... More
