Me and my new bride visited Chicago on a quick honeymoon getaway. We are considering moving here, so we wanted to do tours to learn about the city. We took the lakefront tour with Vincent. As first time Segway gliders he gave good instructions on how to be safe, and operate them. My wife is isn't the brightest crayon in... More

Pete was a great guide and as first timers he soon had us zipping along. You HAVE to do it! We went in May and it was a bit chilly in the evening so take an extra layer if you're stopping out all day.

We worked with Justin at Navy Pier location....he set us up! We rented a tandem bike for my daughter and I. They appeared to be short staffed based on the line behind us but Justin took the time to make sure we were ready for our day of biking. We had a great time riding along Lake Michigan with several... I tried Segway for my first time on the architectural tour along the river walk this weekend. The weather couldn't have been better and the tour guide, Todd, was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for a visitor, first timer on a Segway and/or anyone interested in seeing a new version of the city... More

What a convenient location, adjacent to Maggie Daly Park and a hop away from the lakefront. The bike repair services, however, are hidden by the bike touring business that is on street level on Randolph Street. Just a few stairs down to the automatic sliding doors is a busy workshop that employs one of the most talented and customer service... More

We rented a quad and went north along Lakeview Trail (only allowed north in the quad). For $55/hr, totally fun experience with the family and may I say better (albeit shorter) and less stressful than the next day in Six Flags Great America.

We did the Segway tour. Don't miss it. It's amazing. Our guide, Mr.Vincent's training was very lucid and we were able to learn to ride the Segway with ease. He was very informative and took care of us throughout the tour. We were very much pleased. Hence, we recommend everyone to try this tour. It's awesome!!!!!

Great easy location to do the Lakeshore Drive. Friendly staff. Would have liked an option for a mirror. Also would have liked to know there was no electric option as that was a bike I was hoping to try. Ryan keep improving, you were very helpful.

my sister & I were visiting Chicago, her 1st trip. We did the Segway guided tour via Bike and Roll. Our tour guide, Dave, was more than fabulous. He was very patient with the riders who were a bit nervous, he was very knowledgeable about the city, & very friendly. The Segway guided tour was the highlight of our trip... More

Staying in Downtown / The Loop

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city.
