We love riding the lake shore path. Bike n roll was very convenient to our hotel so we rented several times from them. One warning, if you ride further away from the loop, pay for the insurance. We had a flat tire and were not offered a bike swap. We we're told to hop a bus or train to swap... More

It's ok for just one-time since a tourist likely won't come back. However, for other who is looking for the fair deal, you can look around Sam found out there is much cheaper one around the same area. Secondly, about service, I think is ok as I found the people who work there is not so eager for your business.... More

8 of us participated in a Segway tour today led by Todd. It was awesome. He was patient, taught all of us and did a great job navigating the paths and sharing his knowledge. We are all Chicagoans and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It is perfect for all ages, body types and skill levels. What a way to see many... More

The provide maps, helmets, bike locks all included in the price. There is a good selection of different kinds of bicycles and options for rental based on how... More

Second time renting bikes from Bike and Roll. We went the day prior to arrange for the rental and were told some misleading information about booking on Tuesday. Not that this was a big deal just that I had asked three times if this information was correct, but on the following day we did not get "the deal". That all... More

I am big on bike tours and I loved the night tour of Chicago ending with the fireworks of Navy Pier. Pete, my tour guide, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed the bike ride, the stops, and the Chicago dog (YUM! - by Chicago dog, I meant hot dog :)). You cannot beat the Chicago skyline view that... More

My wife and I took the the Hyde Park Segway tour in Chicago with another couple and it was a blast! None of us had ridden one before so we weren't sure what we were in for. Vincent was our guide and did a fantastic job. He made sure we were all comfortable with the Segway before we ever left... More

Even though I am a Chicago native, the Segways at Sunset tour was a fun and fantastic way to see the city and so many different beautiful views and tourist spots in just a couple hours. Our guide, Joe, was outstanding. He was very patient as we each got our segway tutorials and made sure we were confident and comfortable... More

We wanted to rent bikes at Navy Pier last Sunday so I went to the Bike and Roll web site to check the hours. The web site told me they were open till 10 pm in June so we showed up a little after 6 pm. The attendant was closing up and told me that due to ongoing construction on... More

Took my three teenage kids and our foreign exchange student on a Segway tour of Chicago last week. It was AWESOME. We booked it through Bike and Roll Chicago and Vincent was our tour guide. He did an amazing job teaching us how to use the Segway. It is REALLY EASY!! You catch on REALLY FAST, so don't be afraid... More
