Love Michigan Avenue. It's ALL here. From pricey stores to regular run of the mill stores, they have it. It's an experience for all the senses. Honking horns, people, architecture, etc. Being from a small town, we are used to all of our stores only being one level. You wouldn't think this would be that big of a deal but... More

The glamour of the traditional hotels, the restaurants and the shops together wit the water tower mall creates an atmospher of fun and Welth. A reminder of manhattan and 5th avenue - certainly in my top 10 sites to visit in Chicago.

Lots of top stores… The best Nordstrom Rack I've ever been to! There is something for everyone. There are wonderful restaurants mixed in so you can make a whole day of it.

Michigan Avenue and its surrounding side streets have it all--from Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom's to the top European boutiques. The Avenue itself is a pleasant walk in good weather, and the shopping is top notch, rain, snow or sleet.

If you can't find great shopping, dining, sightseeing and people watching on Michigan Avenue then stay home as these streets are always bustling with locals and tourists alike. It would truly take you months to absorb all that Michigan Avenue has to offer. We visited in Devember and as expected, it was cold so be prepared and bundle up in... More

This is downtown Chicago and offers everything from shopping to sightseeing; from countless restaurants to great views. Most tourists focus on the northern part of the avenue which has high-end stores and a lot of nice eateries. Make sure to check out the southern part of the avenue as well with its smaller but independent boutiques and coffee shops.
