Good variety of shops to choose from. I don't suggest trying to eat at the food court during lunch or dinner though as there is very limited seating available. Other than that decent mall.

We like to visit during Christmas time. Lots of store; we typically window shop. Nice to walk around downtown. We will be back next year.

Being an older senior, I appreciated the benches and chairs statically placed on each level. I could sit and people watch while the younger family shopped.

Numerous stores that are affordable such as Macy's which takes up the entire 8th floor. A great variety of other stores for men, women and children.

Went shopping while in Chicago for the weekend...loved the concept of a multi-level shopping mall...it was not crowded like a standard mall so it was a nice experience..loved the selection of stores too! If you get a chance check it out!

We always visit The American Girl Store & Lego store here. They also have many choices at the food court.

After walking the Magnificent Mile of Michigan Avenue, I've become overwhelmed by high class, upscale designer shopping. Stepping into Water Tower Place is a step down. This mall is very narrow, possibly eight storefronts or so wide inside, but tall. Most of your time is spent waiting to board escalators. The first seven floors contain typical mall chain stores found... More
