This is a great place to shop. Eight floors of stores its a days experience. Top floor has restaurants like a typical mall. Another place to go during Christmas and of course its mobbed.

7 Floors of shopping is really all you need to know. From American Girl Doll and the Lego Store to Macy's (which I think was 8 floors). Plus lots of choices for eating.

If you need it, they have it! Located conveniently on Michigan Ave. the mall has seven floors of medium to high end stores. Its mostly specialty stores except for the Macys on the ground floor. The elevator is a pain in the neck to wait for but its a thrill ride! Clear glass and quick reminds you of the Edge... More

There are 7 floors of shops to choose from. Everything from the American Girl store, the Lego store to your more adult shops (Victoria Secret). They have a floor of restaurants which makes getting food very easy. Be prepared for lots of stairs/escalators.

Great shops and wonderful sales at Macy's in Jan 2015. Shopped till I was ready to drop but didn't find anyplace to eat other than a Annie Anne's and coffee etc. I thought they used to have a deli or other place for a real meal.

So many stores in one mall, couldn't decide how to go to each and everyone of them. We enjoyed the specials that they offered.

We went here because my teenage daughter and her friend couldn't "experience" Chicago without some shopping. This area is beautiful this time of year with all the lights and such still up from Christmas. This is a mall with some upscale and some not so pricey stores. The kids had a blast running around and shopping while my wife and... More
